Nice & tidy hotel with beautiful location close to all sightseeing points !!! Friendly staff !!! Remark : The room is not the spacious ( 30m2) like in overview . Max.20m2 most probably even less.

Overall it was a decent stay. Please note that there is no gym. Breakfast is pretty decent with choices. Only negative experience was a fire alarm wake up at 5 am in the morning. Hotel was apologetic but need to check censors to avoid future experiences like these. Location was good for what I needed.

Excellent location and very good attention inside the hotel. I recommend all people to go to Buenos Aires a beautiful city and pleno Madero hotel. Also I would like to recommend to go to Mendoza vendimia days and go to the central event, it's realty fantastic.

We stayed here for 2 nights 18/2/24-20/2/24 and glad we did. The room was big and the shower was powerful. There is also tea and coffee in the room along with air conditioning. There is a continental breakfast and you can also order eggs. The hotel is well situated it’s about 10 minutes walk to Puerto Madero where there are lots of bars and restaurants and if you stay there over the weekend there is a really good market about 4 blocks behind the hotel.

The hotel is in a central location and walkable to many sites. The staff were super responsive and accommodating! We had some late arrivals in the party and the restaurant helped us keep some food aside for them. We were traveling around Argentina for a week and returning to Pleno Madero. The hotel kept many of our larger suitcases for that period so we could travel light. Thanks for all your help!

The service was good, as well as the property itself. Breakfast was very good and staff were very polite. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside is that I got a room connecting with another one. Although the connecting door was locked, one could hear everything that was going on at the other side. This was particularly unpleasant because, even if the people in the other room were not extremely noisy, I could hear everything that they were saying and doing, and I could not sleep.

Great location, clean and practical rooms, kind staff that go the extra mile (eg doing research and sending chat messages with recommendations) They take care of the little details, like teaching my family how to take the mate during breakfast, not to mention the free tap cold sparkling water 24/7

The hotel takes care of the little things with generosity, like free sparking and regular water 24/7, or a generous breakfast. Staff is kind and very helpful. Loved it!
