Large room, nice bathroom , wifi not good. I had a good sleep, no bedbugs, but the bed did have a separate sheet, so I didn't have to sleep under a warm duvet. After a dissapointing breakfast in another hotel I had my breakfast at Cafe Riviera in the park.

Weak wifi. Weak air conditioning. Bedbugs. Expensive misery. Our complaints were not taken seriously. The receptionist said the WiFi was free so it does not have to be good. The final bill had errors and they failed to give us the correct ticket to exit the parking.

Hotel Cordon was very welcoming, wonderful location near the centre of town. Lovely clean rooms and well appointed. The reception and staff were very helpful recommending places to eat, we were only on a one night stop but really found it a good place to stay on our tour. Parking is nearby in a Public Underground Car Park but is convenient and seemed pretty secure. Would use the same place again without hesitation.

Stayed here for three days as a rest stop during my camino. Conveniently located near the major sights -- either walking distance (Cathedral, Monasterio de San Juan, etc.) or a short taxi ride away (Cartuja de Santa Maria de Miraflores and Monasterio de Santa Maria la Real de las Huelgas). The service provided was exceptional. My room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Wifi connection was fast and stable. Breakfast was delicious and the choices were varied. It was quiet even if situated beside the street.

One room for three adults walking the Camino Frances: Good lokalisation. Close to the bus station and to all attractions in town. The room was quiet but small. The beds were wide but rather firm. Very good breakfast. Wifi didn’t work!

If you like old style hotels with noisy and inefficient air conditioning switched of at 9:00 AM, early check out (you must be out at 11:00 AM), small rooms and internet low speed, this is a good one. Breakfast & staff are nice.
