All excellent. Food staff decoration. Lovely pool area and gardens. We will return as such a special hotel. Excellent parking facilities. Clean loos. All excellent. The decoration is incredible and the food excellent. A MUST if you are in the Burgos area

Stopped to charge the car and for my boyfriend to reminisce about a meal he had there,years ago. That memory has been wiped out. It felt dusty. The stools were wobbly. Menu had a lot of stuff but was dull People seated after us were served before us. Staff were disinterested and surly. We left and expressed disappointment to a server. She shrugged. As we were leaving in the car we noticed two others who also had been waiting for their order to be taken were also leaving. Not busy enough for you to let people walk out

Hôtel Landa was very beautiful and nice staff BUT when we called they charged us 300 instead of 170 and for the breakfast we waited about an hour to get our order. Wouldn’t really recommend unless you have a lot of patience.

My daughter & I, popped into this authentic Spanish hotel for a light supper. As English we felt very unwelcome. I asked if it was possible to have a glass of Rose to be told only do it by the half bottle, fair enough. Until, the people sitting next to us ordered by the glass! I ordered some Patatas Bravas! a bowl of crisps arrived with some mixed up mayonnaise & ketchup. The restaurant food was not quite what we wanted so asked if we could have something in the bar! We were totally ignored, so I asked for the bill that was just given with a grunt. The rudeness from the bar tender was awful. The english do not seem very welcome in these parts.

A gem of a hotel. The welcome from the reception team was outstanding. Better than the Hotel de Londres y de Inglaterra, Eurostars Hotel Real, Parador de Santiago de Compostela and the Parador de Turismo de Leon. Swimming pool was a plus after a days travelling followed by a relaxing meal on the terrace, overlooking the castle tower. Wonderful.

Although this hotel / restaurant / bar complex is just off the highway, you feel like you’ve stepped into another world, far from plastic-wrapped sandwiches at highway rest stops. We opted for a quick bite in the bar section, which offers comfortable and cozy seating and a choice of small dishes, including the house specialty blood sausage (morcilla, served with eggs), which you can also purchase at the gift shop, and a salad with tuna and the signature preserved asparagus (also available in the giftshop). The drive between Bilbao and Madrid is worth it just for the lunch in Burgos!

From the second you enter this hotel you feel transported to another place and time. The decor is absolutely exquisite. The rooms are spacious and clean. Robes and slippers are provided. The pool is uniquely indoor/outdoor. Dinner in the restaurant was a little pricey but very special. The hotel staff is accommodating and pleasant. This hotel definitely has a "wow" factor!

Siendo clientes habituales desde hace más de 25 años comprobamos que no es lo que fue ni siquiera se mantiene… comida para ocho con reserva previa indicando expresamente lo q se iba a comer (previa exigencia en la reserva). Mesa preparada a trozos, uno a falta de cubiertos, otro a falta de plato, alguno más sin copa… pero con el pan servido en la mesa. La atención exquisita q se ha tenido siempre no se encuentra en estos momentos. Camareros que no les pega el aire, q ni siquiera mirar tu mesa por si necesitarás algo, platos cancelados por exceso de espera a servir, para ocho comensales sirvieron botellas de vino individuales porque decían no disponer de otra… vamos, desesperante. Hemos llegado a recoger la vajilla sucia de la mesa para que pudiera servir el cordero. Lo siento, aquí cierra un capítulo de nuestra gastronomía familiar. Una pena pero no volveremos. Se paga un alto precio por medio comer y enfadarte. No merece la pena.
