酒店位置不錯在老城的核心地段，早餐很差勁，品種少、口感差，最要命的是房間隔音太差了，走道上或隔壁鄰居的一言一行都跑不了，每天都睡不踏實，很糟糕

Un 10 a la atención. Me equivoqué en la fecha de reserva y la cambiaron sin problemas. Estoy muy agradecido. Muy bien ubicado, aunque el parking, 20 euros, es algo caro. La pena es que no pusieron la calefacción de la habitación, y cuando llegamos, con 1 grado en la calle, estaba helada. La habitación, por cierto, enorme.

The room is cold, and heating is just an A/C or (if you request it) a small portable device that is also by air. Room is big as a suite, but not suitable for winter season.

Nice hotel and location let down by the service. We booked because of food reviews but we were unable to get a drink at the bar although pressed the button as instructed to get service waited for ages but no one came and the tasting menu was not appealing . Breakfast was a disaster and the waiter clearing tables was in a dream and so miserable nearly all tables had signs of previous guests and the buffet was either all empty or non existent . On requesting the hot be refilled as empty it took 20 minutes for it to appear . No plates no glasses and had to keep asking for items needed . Disappointed as it had excellent reviews for its breakfast. We did eat in the hotels associated restaurant in the square Puerta Real which the hotel receptionist recommended and gave us a leaflet that gave us 5% off out restaurant bill it was excellent and made up for disappointment at the hotel. Burgos was worth a visit and it should be noted that sat Nav takes you the right way to hotel but be aware there is a bollard system into the town which is confusing if you are not aware but you have to follow instructions advise you are staying at the hotel and it will allow entry good luck finding the hotel!!!! The receptionist was very helpful.

I got a cut on my head and was bleeding, and the staff immediately gave me an ice bag, which stopped the bleeding. After that whenever I went by the front desk, the receptionist always asked how I was doing. This was very appreciated. The breakfast buffet was OK, but not excellent. It should be avoided when there is a large tour group eating.

Don't go there if you use a car. It was extremely difficult to get into the city with closed streets, and only with the help of a taxi driver, also during social events in the streets, could we make it. The staff is friendly, especially Mrs. Laura. The bathroom is absurd, the WC is too small (physiology of males is different from females and children), they made them circular to impress. But it is too bad. The shower has no protection bars. The worst bathroom for the price. Breakfast ok, but not good serrano ham, strange in a hotel of that class. Go to a different Rice Palacio in the city.

The room is not according to the photos. The bedroom has an worn out carpet floor, the AC is really old, noisy and did not cool, the room is under the roof and hot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is top in the middle of a pedestrian area.
