This property is in the midst of much-needed upgrades so there are a number of issues with it. They are trying and it shows. But, for the price, it’s doable.

nice quiet place in burns. staff was super nice and helpful with some questions i had. centrally located so it's easy to get to stores if you need supplies

First when i walked in the room, it was cold. I checked thermostats and they were set to 90, the room was probably around 55-60. It never got warmer with baseboard heat. Second, after getting a couple hours of sleep cuddled in a ball under the blankets, i go take a shower. Turned water on and after 10 minutes the water was barely more than cold, can't even say lukewarm. I suffered thru the shower and then checked out. The girl at the front counter was snooty with me when i asked for a receipt and didn't say a word when i told them about the heat and the shower. I will never stay in this place again.

It smells terrible! It’s like there’s old mildew or something that’s been covered over. It looks like they tried their best, but it just smells awful.

The lady who checked us in was nice and tried to help but tv didn’t work we were in a part where construction was happening in rooms the office where you check in and have breakfast had a smell like cigarette smoke or close too. . The price I paid for that room was way not worth it I won’t do it again EVER and won’t recommend it

Good simple/ basic place for an overnight stop. Chairs were dirty but otherwise room was clean. Seemed a safe and quiet location. Not top end luxury but perfectly reasonable otherwise. Room was nice and warm and didn’t have any weird smells like most hotel rooms do.

This was a Travelodge in the 1960s, now partially remodeled. The bed was fine, although the pillows were overstuffed and hurt my neck. In the morning we went to shower and could not get warm or hot water. The telephone did not work, so I get dressed and went to the office to ask them to fix it. They gave me a song and dance about how it takes up to 30 minutes of running the water to get it warm. So I went back to my room and ran the water for 30 minutes. It never got even lukewarm.

Front desk staff were very friendly and I loved that I was able to get a smoking room. However at $100 a night id expect the heater to work when its 25 degrees outside, but it didnt. Thankfully I had a little heater in my car. The room was quite filthy with dead bugs everywhere and gross stuff on the walls. Lots of spiders everywhere too. Very disappointed this time.

I liked the lady at the front desk! We checked in late. She was super sweet and helpful!
