Premier Inn Bury St Edmunds North (A14)

Had a lovely overnight stay in this hotel to visit with family. Easy access from A14 and into town. Staff very helpful, Mum left her Fitbit in the room when we left by accident. We called the hotel and it was retrieved by Justin and held in the hotel safe until a family member could collect it. Couldn’t ask for more, will definitely return

Great place to stay and explore Bury. Short walk into town centre. Breakfast was very good. Mel was good with our children, even gave them colouring to do. All other staff were very friendly and helpful. Great stop over for the weekend. Parking is easy, large front and back car park.

Stayed at bury north to attend a course in the area , everything was perfect from start to finish lady who checked me in was really bubbly and friendly, was very good at informing me of the food service times and general chit chat which made it more personal , When I got to my room was lovely and fresh and had an amazing feel to the room , had a perfect sleep and the breakfast the next morning was good quality and tasty !!! Very clean room, lovely staff who looked after us whenever we needed anything, We also had a few drinks and a lovely breakfast in the morning, 100% would recommend.

Stayed over a course of a few days .check in smoothly and a friendly staff. Food breakfast/dinner was very good. Enjoyed our stay. Room.cleam amd comfortable. Parking easy. Easy access to the A14 for days out. Tesco next door. 5 min drive into the town.

Faulty lighting in headboard. Flashed on every 90 seconds throughout night. Realised at 2.30 am and was impractical to change rooms as child sleeping. My husband and I had no sleep . I applied for the good night guarantee but have not had a reply

If you are looking for a good place to stay for a fair amount of money I would recommend Premier Inn. We stayed in Premier Inns in London, Bury and Edinburgh and all were acceptable accommodations. The beds were comfortable. We had complimentary tea and coffee in the room. We stayed in a deluxe room in Edinburgh and it was bigger with a refrigerator in it. The rates were in line with the rooms.

Firstly, I booked a room for two (myself and my girlfriend) but did not actually get the room I payed for. I was given a room with broken facilities and a disabled toilet. These instances were reported swiftly but no sense of care or priority was shown to us. I also noticed how we were being treated differently compared to others, which lead me to think this had discrimination implications because we were of colour. Found cockroaches in my room and reported it, but the admin team did nothing to resolve the matter. Would absolutely never ever recommend a place like this.

A nice hotel located close to the centre of the historic town. Lots of parking right outside. Very quiet at night (front bedroom, first floor) and comfortable bed/room. Wifi worked well. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall costs including meal deal (breakfast, evening meal 2 courses, plus drink) very reasonable.
