My friend and I stayed at Hound Hotel for one night and we were really disappointed with the provided service.
First of all, we were not warned in advance that additional blanket would cost 10.000 won. Alright, we payed this sum to Ahmed during our check-in and then left to explore the city. We were back late in the evening and the blanket wasn’t there (neither near the room door, nor in the room). We had to explain our issue to the new hotel member at the registration desk with poor English in the middle of the night.
When we were in the room, we noticed that there were black hair across the bed and a bathroom towel with a hole in it, so obviously the cleaning service wasn’t that decent.
The only plus of our room was the balcony.
