Super 8 by Wyndham Butte MT

The check in staff were amazing and accommodating and even made a good recommendation for dinner. There was an issue with their computers and it took a while to check in, however. The room was tired and the hallways were not as clean as they could have been. The checkout process was slow and there was still an issue. I also had prepaid but there are still two charges still pending on my visa for the same amount at this hotel.

Friendly staff. Room was old but clean and had no odor. The third floor hallway was a bit dark. Comfortable bed.

This hotel needs help. Carpet is trashed. Rolled up and coming apart. Shower looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks! Over 75% of the tv channels were in Spanish and front desk just said “that’s normal”. Not sure how this hotel has a 7.8 rating!

beds were very worn and mashed in the middle only 2 doors to access the building, so had to walk around in the snow and ice very limited parking parking lot was icy

The heater in our room smelled like we were burning evidence. The lock on the door was broken and non-functional. One of the 3 wall mounted lamps and electrical outlets didn't work. Breakfast food options were limited and did not include eggs, meat, or any other gluten free options.

The property was fine. The room is showing some signs of needing repainting, but it was especially sparkling and clean, the cleaning staff did a great job!

Checking in took way too long, especially as I prebooked. First room, 109 had no bed, 111 had workers tools in it and had been smoked in. Finally 112 worked. Meanwhile my hubby is standing in the hall with two leashed dogs that had been in the vehicle for 11 hours! However, the night was quiet and the breakfast room clean and well lit.

Great comfortable hotel.. the front desk was so accommodating to me. I had driven 500 miles and was super tired. I arrived an hour before check in and they scrambled to get me in a room early...
