Clean and had everything I needed. Bed was uncomfortable but you get what you pay for. Overall it met my expectations.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The new rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. The breakfast had a lot of choices. Overall the hotel was a great value!

We had to cancel our second night due to medical emergency. The staff was amazing and took care of it. Really grateful how they worked with us. Thank you for everything.

The room was not clean, the TV didn’t work, the telephone didn’t work, there was no shower curtain. The shampoo and cream rinse had been used, and the toilet would not flush and kept plugging up. This hotel should be shut down.

A little dodgy…. The whole experience was strange… had to phone someone to come to the front desk… never really checked in - just wrote down my name and confirmation number and got my key… cold coffee at 6:00 am breakfast which was cereal and prepackaged donuts… I’ll probably never stay at a red lion again!

They could not find my reservation and sent us to a room without bedding, then suggested another one which had a full size bed, not 2 queens. We left.

This Hotel is next to a Truck Stop away from the tourist restaurants and gift shops. Room had no hot water to shower. TV remote was faulty. Employees used breakfast room as their brake room. Flooring in breakfast room caused tripping. Blood stain on mattress. No hot water for tea. First night we were sent to a room not made up from previous client. No one present at checkin counter. Lots of excuses for problems. I would never recommend this place to anyone except a trucker. Had to return later in the week after long drive and still no hot water. They said they need a new bolier and would have their man check it. I should have bit the bullet and paid top dollar at BW.

It was a good stay. The hotel staff was friendly but the hotel itself was a little "sterile". Some of the screen windows were torn and the whole hotel had an air of "seen it's better days". Unlike the second hotel I stayed in, this hotel did not charge for the extra person (my husband) staying in my room.

I experienced a room key problem twice over. Room was marginal with no blow dryer. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.
