We were sent here cause our VRBO, canceled our house a week before the holiday, she said it was a upgrade..far from it, there were 7 of us and the resort knew that, nothing worked, dishwasher and so much more, manager would not meet with us..BAD

Cameras are watching you everywhere, you have to follow the rules, it's a disaster, I wouldn't want to be here again in my life, For three months, the water park water slides are no longer running. Children want to go there but they can't because it's not running, you are constantly under surveillance. Everyone is checking you. Clean, friendly, safe This villa seemed almost too good to be true. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The hosts are the most thoughtful, attentive, and over all provided us with a great experience. The place was an extremely tidy and lovely AirBnb Villa equipped with everything we needed. A very comfortable bed and nice bathrooms and kitchen. I enjoyed the amazing features of feeling like my home-away-from-home,which includes,laundry machine /dryer, private pool,beach supplies,outdoor furniture,and a three minute walk to amazing restaurants and beaches. We had a great stay,and we'll definitely

When you come ask for Angelina she was such a great help to me and my friends. She made everything so effortless. The ocean front Villas must have the best views on Sosua beach. Everyone here is friendly and happy to assist you with anything you may need. This was a wonderful vacation

A really fun place to be with outdoor trails, exercise park, two water parks, gym, and so much more. The place feels very safe and the grounds are so well maintained. I had two issues that made me take away a star: the shuttle runs sporadically, it does not follow the advertised schedule, not even close, and bottled water, a necessity, was not always available, especially on the weekends.

The food at the Maria restaurant is abosilutely fantastic, however the property villa conditions was just ok. IKEA's basic furniture which was very uncomfortable. The waterpark cleanliness was horrific with algae and mold on all surfaces. It seems liked they were never cleaned.

Visitamos el parque en familia el 27/6, estuvimos 2.30 minutos esperando que nos sirvieran la comida había un descontrol total en la cocina. En la zona del baño hay múltiples juegos averiados con el consiguiente peligro para los clientes. Mi esposa sufrió un accidente en los toboganes por la falta de planificación y seguridad de los empleados. Pedimos un médico no tienen, pedimos hablar con el supervisor de los toboganes dice que el no tiene responsabilidad en el accidente que fue un cliente que se tiro sin permiso tenemos un video que demuestra lo contrario le pedimos que llamará al supervisor del parque se niega a hacerlo, se inicia una discusión y me amenaza con meterme preso. Consigo supuestamente hablar con la supervisora del parque la respuesta de ella es que no puede hacer nada, no se hacen responsables del accidente nos culpan a nosotros. No nos dieron asistencia médica en ningún momento, tuvimos que llamar al 911 para que atendieran a mi esposa. Lamentable la falta de responsabilidad de este parque, ni siquiera tomaron nuestro teléfono para llamar y preguntar como se encuentra mi esposa.

Un lugar acojedor para visitar en familia,amigos o en pareja. Execelente comida y con mucha variedad, servicio de lujo con un personal muy amable y una vista al mar de 5 estrellas. Claro que volveré muy pronto!
