Fantastic location, posh accommodations, friendly and courteous staff! Arecino, Edson, Marco and Chef Frank made our stay so special!

One of the nicest and luxurious properties that we've stayed at across all of Mexico and the Carribean. We had a 2 bedroom unit which was very modern, high end, beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces with incredible views. It's in a prime location, next to the marina, within walking distance to so many restaurants, grocery store and shopping. Cindy at the front desk was wonderful, so welcoming and helpful. We loved the infinity pool by the beach and never had an issue finding chairs. We had lunch daily from the food truck, the menu had a large offering and the food was delicious. Wonderful servers from Bryant, Edson and ****nio at the pool too. The hotel was at full capacity but it was quiet, serene and never felt like it was crowded. We absolutely loved our stay at 1 Homes Preview Cabo, totally exceeded our expectations, highly recommend and we will be back!

Wonderful location, beautiful property. Greatly enjoyed the service provided by the well trained staff and the beachfront access to the bay area was fantastic! Would recommend this property to anyone that would like the full Cabo experience.

1 Homes made our Cabo trip unforgettable! The spacious 8-person room with a stunning view was perfect for our group. On-site amenities like the coffee shop, the bowls of fresh organic fruit, gym, and beachfront pool were all fantastic. The hotel itself was beautiful, I couldn’t stop taking pictures of it! Special shoutout to Jose, who went above and beyond helping with reservations and rides, and Bryant, at the pool was unforgettable - attentive, funny, and an absolute joy! 12/10 experience, we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! Can’t wait to return.

Every part of our trip to 1 Homes Cabo exceeded my expectations. Javier and Juan, our concierge contacts, were both extremely helpful in planning and coordinating activities during our stay including transport to and from the airport. Our four bedroom home was modern, clean and decorated beautifully. The outdoor and indoor living spaces were extremely nice, and the view to the harbor and coastline were unbelievable. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. We especially enjoyed hanging out at the pool and being waited on Bryant and Arsinio who served up incredible drinks and food from very talented chefs. We made great memories and would definitely return.

Service is exceptional. The pool guys are spectacular. ****nario and Bryant are wonderful. The food truck by the pool also has delicious food. The drinks were flowing. Overall it was a very relaxing experience and can’t wait for our next trip back.

We are owners at the 1 homes and the staff is so attentive and caring. I love taking guests to come enjoy the scenery, food and drinks! This is our annual friends trip and I would always encourage people to come and stay at 1 homes. You will not see any better staff at another hotel!

we love arcenero!!!! Best bartender, the vibes at the pool are immaculate. Great food, great drinks, great weather. I couldn’t ask for more on a vacation- the perfect mix of relaxation and beach party. Couldn’t recommend the one homes enough!

Exquisite large one bedroom exceptionally clean and well-appointed. Gorgeous spacious private terrace with plunge pool.Very comfortable King size bed, very well- equipped kitchen , in suite washer and dryer. Beautiful quiet property with options for 3 pools. Great location, safe, walkable to many very good restaurants, and grocery stores. Enjoyed the pickleball court and had the choice of two gyms one on the property and one larger one at adjacent hotel Hacienda. Very helpful and friendly staff at Reception Desk with stress free check in and out and help with making reservations for airport transfer and restaurant nearby. One minor criticism is the highly overpriced grab and go coffee shop - example 1 croissant approximately $16USD, so we just avoided it for the remainder of our stay. Highly recommend and will plan to go again.
