Very good, satisfied 🙂 staffs were very much friendly and cordial. Foods were also good and hygiene quality. Overall nice experience. Roadside property. Bathroom is very nice. We will be happy to stay again in hotel cachar club by Siara thank you

I have stayed in Hotel Cachar Club from 12.03.24 to 17.03.24 for some official purpose. The behaviour of staffs are very nice and fantastic. The Hotel has a beautiful lawn, a nice Bar, and a beautiful and classical type restaurent. The food was awesome and my overall stay was nice. Mr. SUJAN and Mr. PARTHA both are very supportive to all the guest.

Highly understaffed..Front desk staff are horrible. Not a smile in their face.Most uncooperative and RUDE. Club rooms are overpriced.Stains in the walls.Old stained towels.When it comes to payments they want it to be done most immediately. But service they make u wait for hours.Asked a front desk person to help me with my bag one evening as I was having some problem, they simply refused to help it carry . Only saving grace was the location, the housekeeping staff and restaurant staff.

Best hotel in Silchar, centrally located. Sunny and his team members go out of the way to make your stay a pleasant one. Good dining options, good room service, decent selection at the in house bar as well as taxi service are the notable features of Cachar Club

I m very grateful to receive gesture like this. Thanks to all staff for nice behavior and all. I hope visit again soon. I visited 3 times but this time is great experience . This is good hotel as per price range also. Cleanless and Heigene is also excellent.

Excellent environment of the Hotel. Breakfast is super healthy and amenities inside the room is great and hygiene . Good gesture by Mr Sujan and Miss Rosy through out the stay periods of hotel. Rest all staffs are very kind and sincere at their service in Hotel Cachar club by Siara.

Last four years we have stay experience with Cachar Club. Excellent experience. Very good staff and front desk officials. We used pick and drop facility from Silchar airport. Breakfast with South Indian dishes are very good

Very helpfull and kind staff, front office associates are very friendly good service. The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. Nice and clean accomodations. Enjoyed the stay, highly recommendable hotel.

Went for anniversary dinner and it was nicely set up in a private place. Paritosh was amazing and served us well throughout our time and customised his approach according to our needs. Bishu was the ***ager and he planned it really well. It was a 3 course meal and mocktail added and nominally priced. The experience was beautiful and i recommend everyone to try it out. The food was very tasty except the fish tikka which was a bit on the harder side. It was candle.light set up. The mocktail they served was delicious and you can order cocktails or other beverages on actuals.
