I loved it there. Waking up in this peaceful countryside was amazing. I enjoyed every single moment there. An additional bonus is a winery where you can try and learn about their wines that are really good. Thank you for the tour and all the conversations about wine and football!

Signed off the road as a vineyard, hotel and restaurant, we thought it was worth stopping to explore. What a mistake. After waiting patiently and looking at the wines in the store while the proprietor dealt with other clients, our conversation went as follows. “Can we taste the wines?” “No, you have to have come at 11am and make a reservation.” “Can we get any food or tapas from the restaurant?” “No.” “Can we buy some wines?” “No, the shop is closed” “Can we do anything?” “No. Good day.” Maybe when you are so busy in August, you don’t need to be courteous or helpful to individual customers. But basic politeness costs nothing. And if you have a customer who speaks impeccable Spanish, it’s really quite rude and patronising to reply to them in English. Good customer service costs absolutely nothing and would have garnered a much better review. We would have been quite interested to come back another day but Dr. No put paid to that. So when you see the sign as you drive to or from Cadaques, keep going. There are plenty of other vineyards in the Empordà where the proprietors like to say ‘Si’.

Week-end en amoureux absolument magique Le lieu, l accueil, les services, le restaurant, tout était absolument parfait Le menu découverte proposé au restaurant est un sans faute du début jusqu’à à la fin Saveurs, présentation sont au rendez-vous Chaque met est accompagné d un verre de dégustation A faire et refaire…….

Lloc molt tranquil, personal molt amable, esmorzar de bona qualitat. Habitació sense finestra.

La estadía fue una GRAN DECEPCIÓN! Elegimos este lugar avisando que era nuestro aniversario por el “entorno único y mágico, lleno de verde, de viento, de aroma a tierra” como ellos lo describen en su web y nos encontramos con una fiesta de más de 150 personas, estacionamiento colapsado y obviamente música y gritos. Nos avisaron esto dos horas antes de hacer el check in por lo cual ya no teníamos otra opción de alojamiento. Manifestamos nuestro descontento y recibimos GRITOS VIOLENTOS del dueño (no de los empleados, quienes fueron cordiales) diciendo que era su hotel que podría hacer lo que quiera en él y no tenía que avisar. El maltrato y la situación fue propia de una persona violenta, que se vea este tipo de trato y más sobre una mujer es realmente inaceptable. No se dejen engañar por un abuelito aparentemente simpático que sonríe al entrar.

Es un hotel rural muy muy recomendable. Esta situado en un lugar excepcional. Los propietarios son muy agradables y te hacen sentir como en casa. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, confortables y limpias. El desayuno muy bueno. El entorno precioso y a 10 minutos escasos del maravilloso pueblo de Cadaqués.
