I loved how central this location is to get around. I loved the bar and the bartenders were the best, so friendly and attentive. I didn’t like housekeeping. They didn’t clean my room upon request. The gym was old and the equipment didn’t work. The swimming pool location was weird where I didn’t feel relax as many people and staff were passing through. One day it was 10 minutes for the breakfast to close and I requested a cup of coffee and they couldn’t offer that. As I said before if it wasn’t for the excellent service of all the bartenders I would have a horrible experience but I would come back because of them.

My expectations were quite high because I have stayed at other Wyndham Costs del Sol hotels in Peru. My stay at this Wyndham costa del sol did not live up to my expectations basically because of the personnel at the reception. The hotel has a great location and good facilities though it is a bit outdated. When checking in I did not get the usual vip access as good member, but ok. The checkout was horrible though. A group of about 20 persons just arrived at 11am when I wanted to checkout. Good management would first let people check out as check in is only after 2pm. Instead I had to wait and when I finally was attended they needed to check the room and they told me to wait. I was basically ignored until I asked again for checkout and that I was waiting for more than 15 minutes. Then they told me to go. When I said I was not amused with the service at checkout the lady gave me an angry face and turned around. All in all I did not get a nice feeling when leaving the hotel.

t this present time they are remodeling , looks very empty I loved the beauty salon and the jewelry store that use to be there they need more life inside I started visiting for my charity work since 2007 I recognized only two person Ricardo an excellent employee, polite .attentive sweet and professional gentlemen and Luis that unfortunately I was unable to see him this time , but I know that he still working. The cafeteria there are many nice people but they need to have more food variation more nice salads something fresh and light but good chicken salad , chef’s salad ,salmon etc more orientation to foreign guest and healthy less carbohydrates.

To many noises and elevator was not working.

Very nice staff. Good breakfast. And nice rooms!

I LIKE HOW FRIENDLY ALL THE STAFF WERE,ESPECIALLY THE CHECK IN WSTAFF AND THE BELL HOP AND THE DINING ROO STAFF AND CLEANING STAFF WHO DID A WONDERFUL JOB.I HAVE AND WILL RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND ALL WHYNDHAM HOTELS

The bell tower next door was annoying - would have been better if we were in a room on other side of motel
