We had a wonderful holiday. The hotel was fabulous and the staff are amaizing. The food is great and plenty of choice. The entertainment is okay.... typical holiday entertainment! But enjoyable none the less. We enjoyed the whole experience so much, that we have booked the same hotel again for 10 nights in June 2024.

Our 10th year at this amazing hotel but have been possibly about 12 times! I love this hotel. The staff are the biggest asset they have. Greeted by George, who is absolutely the best and will do anything for you, and Jaime, who is new but has fitted in perfectly. Check in was seamless. Aline, who is now the Guest Experience Manager, checked us in as George wasn't officially working and Jaime was busy. Aline is brilliant as GEM. In fact, she is a GEM!!!! Nothing is too much trouble and everything she does is done with a smile. The Sensi Crew has changed a little with Diego heading them up. He was fantastic. Lorena has taken over the choreography of the team and their shows were the best! Paige sings twice a week and is fantastic. Lorena joins her for this show and sings with her and they make the most amazing team. One of the best shows at the hotel this year! Nacho, Aleixa and Armand have boundless energy and make you feel so warm and welcome. Not a day went by when I didn't get to chat to them on the terrace, and usually with a good morning hug!!!! What a Crew!!! The bar team work tirelessly and never stop smiling, despite some very rude guests who never say please or thank and demand things very rudely. Peter, Fran, Salma, Juan Ja, Everesto (hope I spelt that correctly), Sergio and Robert - I can't thank you enough for making every day feel like I was amongst friends. Always a smile and a little bit of a giggle. Martin - I miss your smiley face and warm welcome when we saw you!!! I am sorry if I have missed anyone as you are all brilliant at your jobs. Don't tire of being friendly to those who are kind to you. The restaurant staff work hard and are always making sure that there is nothing left on the tables so you can enjoy your meal. The food isn't quite to my liking everyday but I always found something - although a lot of the time it was a little cold. Breakfast and lunch were our favourites. They have theme nights and sometimes I personally found them a little lacking for vegetarian dishes but this was never a problem. As I say, I never went without!!! The cleaners work their socks off to ensure that everyone gets a good clean room. It is every other day unless you request otherwise. Always friendly and courteous, and always a smile and an "hola" when you saw them around the hotel. The pools and areas around them are kept spotless. Despite being a family hotel now, we didn't find it over crowded. The "quiet pool", now comes under the family element but was still quiet and relaxing. The main pool by the bar gets a littler busier but has quiet, pleasant music and is fun and relaxing still. The kids pool is obviously busier but is great for the children. The snack bar is really great with lots of hot snacks, fruit, ice cream, soft drinks and beer. Amazing staff! Special thanks to Angel and Javi who made our trip extra special. A lovely week of relaxing and the hotel was perfect for this. From breakfast to dinner we were truley looked after. The room was also extra spacious. Awaiting our return!

I often think that a nice hotel without good staff is absolutely nothing, well the staff here are not "only good" they are absolutely AMAZING ! like no other places I have ever been. Each one of them work very hard to make your stay pleasant ,please believe me when I say so ! My backpack broke so I was in need for needle and thread to fix it and Aline from the reception offered to bring me a sewing kit from home, so kind of her , I mean who would do that ? We are just back from our holiday ,we stayed a week and travelled with our two small daughters, 2 years old and 8th months old . I can't get enough of thinking about how happy they where specially the eldest one she was over the moon every evening at the mini disco ,Paige, Nacho ,Armand , Lorena , Iohan and Diego we miss you guys!!!! Plenty activities for all ages. Most of the day we spend It at the kids pool , we enjoyed the snack bar ,from freshly baked pizza to selection of fruits and ice-cream,also coffee, bears, soft drinks..etc.There is a lovely couple working at the snack bar Irma și Evaristo who keep the place spotless always assuring everyone is looked after with a big smile on their face. Large variety for the food at the main restaurant ,I was looking forward for each night as they do different cuisine, Indian and Chinese Night where my favourite. Meet and greet at the entrance of the restaurant, the manager or the waiter help you to get settled down at the table making sure that everything is to your liking during your meal. Our room was on the ground floor easy access to the quiet pool and the main pool , very spacious , main bedroom, living room, bathroom and a lage balcony , very clean and plenty towels:) . The only downside I wish was an easier access to the beach ,and the water at the kids pool to be heated, rather then that we enjoyed every bit and we will definitely come back again.

It was our second time staying here and we just love it. We are booking again for next year. The rooms have been updated and have a very fresh, modern look. Everything is so clean. The cleaning staff are so helpful and keep the place spotless. The reception staff are second to none! So friendly, approachable and helpful. George is great. All the restaurant and bar staff are very accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. The snack bar has been moved over to the splash pool area and to me, this makes sense. The entertainment team are absolutely amazing. Lorena, Paige, Alexia, Diego, Armand and Nacho all so friendly as well as the reps for the French holiday company. My children adored them. All very entertaining with the kids and adults. They round everyone up to join in the activities and make it fun. They have different acts on each night after the kids disco which are brilliant. We missed the white party this year but have seen the videos and it looks awesome! Will definitely be going to that next year. And finally, Aline. She looks after everyone. The guests love her. Nothing is too much trouble. She’s so helpful and all of the staff love her too. Such a great place to stay at. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Had a lovely 4 night break. Rooms were spotless, beds were comfortable and towels changed daily. Plenty of sunbeds. Very clean pool area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and evening meal very well organised, lots of choice and variation. Close to the beach and not far to the main centre, plenty to do locally. Entertainment good. Reception staff very welcoming. Overall had a fantastic holiday.

We have just returned from our 5th visit to this beautiful hotel and once again we have had an AMAZING holiday. Top of the list is the fabulous staff. From the moment you arrive at reception George and the team are so welcoming, the bar staff are so friendly and genuinely happy to see you as are the restaurant. ( even the cleaner came to give us a hug) and finally the best of the best, the animation team who work so hard to put on so many brilliant activities for children and adults. Aline (customer experience manager) literally flies around the hotel ensuring everyone is happy and resolving any issues. Nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation is as always clean and comfortable, food and drinks plentiful and laughter unending. Will return here again and again. Lou and Paul x

I have not received such hospitality for a long time. Starting with the check-in at reception, the technicians, the chambermaids and the service team in the restaurant (who have grown very dear to my heart). And not forgetting Aline, the team leader, who always had an ear for the guests. Everyone was always courteous, helpful and always had a smile on their face. Thank you for this great week! I will definitely be back!

The hotel is a typical AI family resort. I came here with my mother as the travel company review made it sound a good option... sadly not the case. Yes there is a beach very close but if you have mobility problems then the steep many steps will be a issue. Unfortunately we had to move rooms a few times due to the noise of the stage and being put on first floor ( there's no lift) I've no issues with the actual hotel it just wasn't right for our party. The food was okay but could do with more healthy options. Guest relations are really good , Aline and her team really tried ro support is which is appreciated.. If you are looking for a smaller family resort holiday then this may be a good option.
