Me and my family spend our holiday at this wonderful hotel. We had a nice room with an amazing view. Great pool area with sunbeds. The hotel was just by the long beach. Great breakfast with both warm and cold things, and a lot of fresh frusits! The hotel hand friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is in a great location, but is a little outdated. The rooms are little noisy and unfortunately the dining room is also extremely noisy. As the entertainment also of the surrounding hotels sometimes goes on until 11pm, you don't get to sleep until late. The biggest problem in this season 2024 are the building sites, which you can hardly avoid. On the one hand, there is a large building site two hotels away, which causes noise on the beach and pool (circular saws, demolition tools, ...). Secondly, the beach bar directly in front of the hotel, which is being extensively renovated. Here the hammer drills sometimes started before 7 a.m. and then also at lunchtime and in the evening. You can hardly avoid the whole thing, as most of the rooms face the beach and at the pool. The hotel staff are very friendly and the food was really good. Everyone found something. We would wish for one more employee at the grill station, as the waiting times here are quite long and you can't usually eat together. Without the construction in frnt of the hotel I would rate the hotel 4/5.

We had an absolute great stay at Hipotels Mercedes. Staff was extremely friendly and the hotel is very clean. The apartments are just great for a family with two kids, offer a lot of space and flexibility, e.g. to have a light lunch. In addition, great pool area and great beach. However, it is visible that doors and furniture are rather old. No problem for us. But might be rated by other people differently. Overall, we can fully recommend this hotel and we will come back.

It was a family stay in Majorca. The hotel offers a good standard and the location right next to the beach is fantastic. We had a great stay at the hipotels Mercedes. Our apartment was lovely, clean and spacious for a family of 4. The pool side and hotel is very clean and lovely surroundings. The view from our balcony was beautiful, looking out to the beach and sea. We stayed in April during the Easter holidays, there were plenty of sunbeds available. The weather was sunny and warm for the time of year. The hotel is on the doorstep of the beach and it is a lovely walk all the way along the promenade towards Cala Bona.
