ヒポテルズ ドン ファン(Hipotels Don Juan)

The hotel needs a renovation. Food was sometimes cold. Lift was working on some days. Staff very friendly and helpful, room was clean. Location to the beach was top.

This was our first time in Mallorca and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel. Very satisfied with the overall service (staff, food, rooms and location).

This hotel is defo for older people im 35 youngest person here id say most people there were in 60's plus.id say.we stayed here for 4 nites with my partner wen we arrive the staff at desk was very friendly we got put on 1st floor I had paid for a beach view room..view wasn't great so went back and asked for a room.with better view as I had paid extra for this...man at desk changed us over no problem...wow put on 7th floor and view was amazing...food was OK eat everyday at hotel.. Pool bar snack are bit disappointing Pool it's self is absolutely freezing then again we wer there in april...but bit disappointed cudnt go in it after one dip legs were numb....hotel is very clean csnt fault that at all..staf are friendly defo say this hotel would suit older people for sure....Great location to everything....

Brilliant hotel , Amazing Views , Staff are really friendly. The service at breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing and the food is very good too. The all inclusive concept is really good , with outdoor and indoor bar .. We booked a seaview room which was amazing.Also if you fancy a change , Miles restaurant is down the stairs on the promenade. The hotel is very clean and the room and bathroom was spotless. Really happy with our experience and may return sometime

The Don Juan hotel experience was wonderful. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful! There was a great selection of food and it was delicious. Our room was overlooking the sea and view was amazing. The weather wasn’t good but the resort had lovely shops, scenic walks and boat trips or there was always the opportunity to sit in the quiet salon in the hotel and read!

Great hotel in the best location, we had a sea view room and would definitely recommend to up grade, as the views are amazing. We stayed half board and all the food was great, cooked fresh and lots of variety. The drinks were good and very reasonable prices too and we stayed in the hotel a couple of nights to watch the entertainment and that was good. The bar staff are all very friendly. We spent a little time round the pool and that was great too, yeh the hotel is a little dated but spotless clean and overall would recommend and return.

The first time in hotel Don Juan , it was een very pleasure staying and we will coming back , top location near by the beach

Fantastic holiday, staff were great (especially in the restaurant) and super helpful, food really good (and we are a fussy family) Chef in the restaurant went above and beyond to help us with a hiccup over the wine on the first night :-) Super clean hotel with great service we would definitely come back.

Hotel was very clean. Friendly helpful staff. Room was clean with all amenities, no fridge though. Hotel was well located with lots of places to eat and drink along promenade. Couldn’t really fault anything. Ideal for a couples holiday,
