Das beste Hotel mit sehr gutem Service. Es gibt auch viele Aktivitäten : Sport, Sauna, Wellness.. Es liegt direkt ins Meer mit sehr schönem Ausblick. Das Essen ist gesund und lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und sympathisch. Leider ist es nur weit von Mallorca Stadt. Wenn man ein Auto hat, dann wäre es sicher kein Problem. Es ist auch nur für ältere Menschen geeignet. Das finde ich ziemlich gut, da man immer seine Ruhe hat.

Lovely hotel, very clean, very comfortable beds and constantly hot, powerful showers. Food consistently very good. Nearest resort is a good twenty minute walk away (doable but on a hot day seems further!). Would be a nice walk if there wasn’t so much dog poo (but that is obviously nothing to do with the hotel). Lovely location but there is no beach. The beach at Cala Agulla (5min drive away) is lovely. My only gripe with hotel was you had to pay a €12 charge if you wanted to use the safe in the room. Overall, really lovely hotel and the best bit, no kids!!

Bowled over from when we arrived.. The staff make this hotel.. From arrival through to departure all are.so special and clealry management doing right by their staff.. Most been there v long.time. I wish to.personally thank Barbara head in dining area wha a lovely lovely lady.. All staff are!!. A gripe with Tui nothing in English about trips or anything.. Everything in German which is not inclusive. Food outstanding and nothing to much for anyone. I would like to know how I can work here please! well.done your return.clientelle must be high!!

The hotel made every effort to make the stay enjoyable. One can’t fault the hotel in any way. Would be great to go back. The staff make the hotel .

Fantastic holiday. Food was excellent. À la carte menu for lunch. So much choicd for dinner, just be warned men must wear trousers for dinner...ladies, you can wear what you like. A slightly outdated rule, I should think? Entertainment budget but friendly. Great location with access to the pool. A great destination if you just want to relax and do nothing. A few people mentioned about there not being many british people about...isn't that the point of leaving Britain 🤣

Never heard an English voice in the 5 days I was there. All the menu,a in the resort ar in German. No English. The hotel was nice, cant fault it. The resort was very nice.. But being from the UK, I was very much in a minority. Glad to get home.

Fabulous hotel, adults only, exceptionally clean, friendly staff. Great attention to detail. Rooms probably in need of a bit of renovation but great location away from hustle and bustle, reasonable prices for food, drinks and snacks ( there is an all inclusive option but we didn’t have that). Pool was great and seaviews were spectacular from the rooms and the terraces. Rugged and unspoiled. No beach to speak of but easily reached just a few km away if you want that. 15 minute walk to any other bars/restaurants but bus and train stops at the hotel door. Thanks to Natalie for the great day trip to Alcudia, to the lovely restaurant staff, the friendly bar staff, the snack bar staff and the pool and reception staff. Spa was a great experience too ( Maria Paula) - and finally the housekeeping staff who kept the place spotless. The majority of guests seem to be from Germany, not a problem at all but expect to be regularly greeted as a German guest. English is spoken, just not the first consideration. A minor issue - the WiFi is great in the reception area but regularly drops out in the rooms and pool areas. A booster would be a welcome addition. Overall, superb.

Second year staying at this fabulous hotel. I’ll keep it brief… brilliant staff (thank you to Carmen, ACDC 🤘, Natalie, Angela, Fina, Pep, Peke and to those not mentioned), excellent facilities, beautiful location, spectacular view and the food is great (thanks Billy). Already booked for next year.

4th visit to this hotel and it never disappoints. Location and view are amazing as it is not overlooked by other hotels. Nice stroll into village if you need a walk. Food at each meal is plentiful, varied and abundant. Portions are very generous. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Special mention to Llorence on reception for checking us in and out seamlessly.
