It is always a pleasure to come and stay at Fairfield Marriott. Very happy to see how this hotel has maintained its high standards of luxury. Right from check-in till my checkout, Everything was so comfortable. This review would be incomplete and soulless without mentioning the impeccable hospitality and services provided by the ***oj Kumar who was extremely helpful and polite. I really appreciate his efforts to made my stay comfortable! Would like to thank Tanushree who took care of me in the absence of ***oj. They both are exceptional and are champs!

The hotel is amazing.. especially the restaurant staff they are so hospitable...I have been visiting this property 2 days in a row...The ambience is so good feels like home so calm and relaxing. I was literally forced with the great service to enjoy a whole day with breakfast, pool and then dinner. Hats off to Chef Akshay and Kalpesh. They are just outstanding. They kept checking for the feedback of each and everything... made me feel like a real home.. They are the jwell for the industry🏆... I would definitely come back to this property if not for food but definitely for their hospitality...

For the past month, we have traveled North and West of India and we have stayed in nice places, but Fairfield in Goa Calangute has been the most wonderful place. Alisa greeted us the first day and throughout our stay was very nice and helpful, providing suggestions for places and restaurants to go, making sure our stay was as pleasant as it could. The breakfast was very good. Shiula, at the restaurant, went the extra mile to serve all our needs and always with a sincere smile. The head chef and all the staff were always ready to serve us. The out door pool was a nice setup and great to cool off. We would highly recommend it

One of the Best Hospitality, You will see in this place. Right from Vinaya and Alisa greeting you at the reception to Kalpesh, Rohit, Nilanjana taking care of your needs at the restaurant, Vishal at the live dosa counter and Chef Suraj making yummy ghee roast dosas and Rohit from housekeeping! The entire staff is caring and serving with a SMILE !!! Five Stars for their Excellence !!! Keep it up !!! :-)

A lovely little property, nestled cosily in a lane. It’s close to everything a tourist looks for in North Goa and yet, it’s away from the traffic and the crowd. The evenings by the pool are so beautiful and calm. A special mention for the staff, that always seems to be smiling! Friendly and warm, they will go out of their way to serve you, even if it’s peak hours and they are busy. Nobody seems to go unattended! The girl (I forget her name) at the housekeeping is such a polite and helpful soul. As are the men behind the bar every evening. Raju is one of them (again, I forget the other) My only small concern was that the food for the lunch and dinner buffet should have more choices, especially continental/international. Choices of breads, pasta and more salads please. All in all, I am so glad we chose to stay at a Marriott property. Cannot wait to be back there soon!

It was a good stay, did not get a chance to use the pool. Earlier we were allotted an interconnected room, but after informing, Immediately our room was shifted. Special shout out to RAJU in the bar and SNEHASIS from fnb!! They took a good care of us, made sure that we were served food on time. Raju suggested and made some mouth watering cocktails and mocktails. Kuddos to the team ✨

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. 10/10 to all the staffs for their behaviour and efficiency. I will highly recommend this hotel as it is absolutely value for money. On the hotel part it was clean and the room with balcony enhances the its beauty. Breakfast was superb and thanks to Shef for taking care of us. Cocktails which was offered to me was really good and I enjoyed it.Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in near future….This hotel is exceptionally good.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! "From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by Ms.Sristi she graciously accommodated my request and gave me a pool side room within 15mins of my arrival…The room was immaculate and comfortable, the amenities top-notch, and the service unparalleled. I had a truly wonderful stay and can't wait to return. Highly recommend!" The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, specially Ms.Sristi she treated us very well... and Mr.Deepak Sahu - ***ager, Mr.Hitesh and Mr.Raju all are very humble and welcoming, thier service was exceptional with attentive staff always ready to assist with any requests… Hotel location was 10 mins walkable distance to Calangute beach. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel, Swimming pool was very clean and well maintained, I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area."

I was extremely amazed by the service at the Marriott. Service is top notch . The front office team headed by Alisha and the F&B team headed by Deepak , made our stay a memorable one. I.must point out that both Alisha and Deepak went over and beyond to help and satisfy our needs in respect to service standards ..there are other staffs who were also extremely helpful and I'd like to jot their names down, namely Shristi in the front office who inspite of being a new employee did an amazing job, very helpful... then Sada in the swimming pool department who trained my son to learn swimming... then some F&B staffs like Shiuli who also is a new employee, but was very courteous and friendly, infact the whole restaurant staffs were good and always willing to help, Rohit, Vishal,kalpesh, Sangita,Akshay,Nilanjana-also new but hard working and sweet, Snehasish is a good waiter , Rohit in the housekeeping who did a good job keeping the rooms clean..over all the experiance was a 5star only for the service that we received at the Marriott..we shall definitely pass the word across and hope to be back soon..thanks again for ur service...

I’ve stayed at too ***y Marriotts to count as a lifetime platinum member, and this is without question one of the best! From check-in to check-out, the facilities and staff exceeded all expectation — especially due to the grossly exaggerated negative reviews we had seen before arriving. The facilities are much more representative of a full-service Marriott than what one would experience in US-based Fairfield Marriotts. The staff were kind, gracious, and exceedingly helpful with all our needs. Vinaya checked us in and offered recommendations throughout our stay. Rohit kept our room in pristine condition. Jogender and Sree were the faces of the unbelievable chef and kitchen staff. Subhag, Kalpesh, Rasna and the entire serving team were top-notch. The security, pool, and cleaning staff were a joy to interact with throughout the day. I would highly recommend if you are looking to stay at a little piece of paradise within the paradise that is Goa!

Enjoyed the place, the staff was pretty friendly and supportive during the stay, especially Sunita and chef Leknath as they personally attended with a bright smile to make sure of a very delightful stay.

Stayed at this property for 5 days. The staff at this place is courteous, highly trained and proactively look after needs of each guest ensuring you feel the extra warmth in their hospitality. The Department Head, Mr Siwach ***** with his team (special mention to Ms Sunita and Mr Akash too) ensured that our stay was more than comfortable. They patiently looked after each guest and their varying needs with a charming smile on their face. The food at this establishment is amazing, with a nice mixture of different cuisines. Chef Lekhanath and his team are excellent at their job in preparing mouth watering delicacies. The beach and market is 5 min walk away. Rooms are cozy and clean. We would love to visit again.

I visited this property in "May" Third Week for six days. It was Wonderful Experience. Though I reached late evening without prior booking. The Reception desk Ms. Michelle, Ms. Moon and Mr. Siddharth supported me well by providing Room without any hustle. The Breakfast, La Carte and Buffet Meals were really good and yum. As the tourist season just started after two years of lockdown , People were really looking to swipe away the blues of lockdown and routine life. The Hospitality Approach of all the duly qualified Hotel Employees , right form gate security to Reception, Room Service, was really warm, Assistant Chef ,Head Chef ,Stewards, Waiters, Honest back office and accounts. This is a Marriott select property but the employees were providing the services of premium and Luxury property. Taking care while we were visiting sightseeing places. The chef Mr. Praveen, Ms. Sheetal was always giving personal touch by asking about the taste and quality of food. Head Chef Mr.Mohanti was very particular about Taste Quality and Hygiene of Food and Restaurant. The stewards Meenakshi and Vikas were very efficiently ***aging Restaurant Staff. After two months i still remember all by their name. They were handling All kinds of people Family, High Status people, Old Age , Kids, Singles ,Couples , Youngster really well. With extra training and Appreciation they have potential to serve at any Marriott property all over the world. Rooms were Nice and clean and with plenty of sunlight and air. Overall it was a Pleasant memorable experience. Fairfield Calangute is one of the best Property in Goa.

Dear Fellow Travellers! We were family travelling with an infant and had booked 3 rooms for stay in Fairfield Calangute. We got a nice upgrade and our entire stay was super comfortable. The hotel staff especially Ms. Moon from the front desk had offered us great rates and helped us throughout our stay and Rohit Ji from the restaurants did everything he could to ensure we had a good time at all meals. Any special food requirements were well taken care off by him. Ms. Sunita always made sure that we were well informed about the city and nearby attractions in detail. Huge shoutout to them for their warmth. Also, Mr. Amit took care of our special needs. The pool was clean & maintained. Thanks a ton team Fairfield for a wonderful experience. The best part about the visit was the warm hospitality from all the smiling faces of the staff members! The GM himself cleared the plates from our tables during supper despite plenty of servers being available! We stayed for two nights and the hospitality was consistently good. Some tips: * Avoid Balcony rooms on fifth floor balcony is too high and nothing is visible. * As declared by the property rooms are on a smaller side. * Only Suites can accommodate a extra bed. * No bell boy for the luggage so help yourself. (not a big task though) * Clean & Crisp newly build property. Hope they Keep the good work going! Wishing them all the success in business!
