Très mauvais accueil, ne parles pas français

Very clean. Includes a balcony on the pool side. Efficient kitchen, good beds, air conditioning and comfortable space. Bring spices if you plan on cooking. This hotel is close to transport and the beach. Shops are close. Staff are helpful and kind.

I have spent 3 nights in the hotel with my 4 yo daughter for my husband’s Ironman race. The service is extremely good and the hotel has outstanding and very friendly stuff. It happened to be my daughter’s birthday. The staff was very kind and professional. They prepared a little celebration for us. They do things with their hearts! In addition, the buffet breakfast and dinner are fantastic, with a great variety choice of food, fresh and delicious always. They change the selections everyday. Also, for my husband’s Ironman race, there is clear information in the hotel to help him for the preparation. They have a bike room for guests to gear and clean up the bikes, a very thoughtful touch. When my husband was running for the race, I have spent great time with my daughter in the pool as well as the children’s room equipped with a lot of toys. I can’t recommend this hotel more. Thank you so much for this great experience!

Spotless clean, apartment was spacious. Staff are so nice and friendly. We had lunch on a few occasions and it was nice and reasonably priced. We would return definitely. The pool is small but my son enjoyed it!

Very disappointing holiday. I had requested 2 rooms next to each other as we were travelling with my son and his young family and we needed to be able to use a baby monitor between the 2 rooms. We waited 5 hours for our rooms with a one year old desperate for her cot, which by the way was put in a room at the charge of €5 a day ( we knew this but the first time ever been charged for a cot)! We were offered one room slightly earlier but told this wouldn't be together so we waiting so was the importance that we had adjacent rooms. We finally got rooms but not together!! Nights spent in separate places!! Rubbish and disappointing!! The sound proofing is non existent!! The noise us unreal!! You can clearly hear conversations next door never mind kids and adults playing in the corridors, banging doors, banging on doors shouting and screaming. No one seems to supervise anything. We've had very little sleep due to the constant noise through the night! The very small pool is also unsupervised.. of course kids will jump and play but the constant bombing from 9am until 7pm makes the pool unusable by many!! So many people complaining of the same problems as us.. I'm in the hotel now 11.09pm. 2 more nights to go, kids playing in the corridor outside our room, babies crying, adults shouting, doors banging, it's just a nightmare!! I'm really not a party pooper, everyone should be having fun, its a holiday but this is no fun.

All staff are friendly they serve with a smile especially Nika. Very near to the beach and amenities. Quite and safe area . Food is excellent an always fresh. We love here is ambience especially the fresh fruits they served. Recommended

Great location, big rooms, we went self catering so didn’t have food.cleaners didn’t sweep or mop our rooms so brushed up myself which wasn’t a problem, they made beds and left clean towels every day. Very noisy so if you like your sleep don’t go here.we had people knocking on our door after midnight. Small pool didn’t use went to the beach. Rude bar staff who couldn’t be bothered to serve always seemed moody. Wouldn’t come here again.

Cannot fault the hotel - apartment was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. Equipped with all you need and friendly staff. I have only two faults but I think they lie with easy jet holidays - firstly the hotel is NOT on the beachfront. In fact you cannot see the sea. It’s a good 300m walk down the road and over a railway line. Still when you get there it’s very nice. Secondly , beware. If you book with easyJet they include transfers. What they don’t tell you is they don’t drop you at this hotel. The grumpy driver off loads you on the main road a good 1/4 of a mile away and doesn’t tell you where to go. Thank god for google maps. We have to find our way to the same spot at 3am for pick up !

Lovely modern clean family hotel Kids loved it Lots to choose from at meal times always something different Only slight bad thing is entertainment isn’t very good and there’s never enough seats for everyone to watch. Staff lovely & helpfull One grumpy man on the bar But overall a great family hotel 😃

The hotel is just 10mins walk to the train station. There are also taxis. About 15 mins walk to the beach. Shopping and groceries and small shops around. Good location and you'll feel safe even at walking at night.

This is a fantastic little hotel, 5 mins walking distance to the Calella high street, which has some lovely shops and restaurants, walking distance to the beach, and also the train station which has a direct line to Barcelona. The rooms are clean, staff are very friendly, and if you decide on the half board option the food is varied and tasty. We are a family of 5, with 3 children (5, 6, and 11) and would definitely return.

Very disappointing. Had to contend with noise from the streets and the surrounding rooms. Asked for a change of rooms but the receptionists wasn't obliging. Left 3 days early and lost the price of 3 nights as they wouldn't refund us. I would not recommend.

Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Great selection of food for all tastes. Rooms were clean and comfortable with enough storage. Kids loved the pool and the activities. Hotel located 5 minutes walk from the beach and town centre. Underground parking. Highly satisfied. I can only recommend.

The apartment was clean and comfortable but storage was an issue. And the noise from upstairs on the tile floors was an issue at night for us. The cleaning staff were lovely, as were the restaurant staff and a very nice grill guy who was very friendly! One grumpy man running the bar brought this down, he was abrupt and unfriendly to us and our kids and we saw another guest complaining about his rudeness and weren’t surprised. The pool was small and clean but yes we had regular issues with not enough loungers and had to go to the beach instead. There needs to be someone enforcing the rules around hoarding loungers. The manager said most people put their towels down first thing in the morning but we only did this once and used them as it’s contributing to the same problem! We found the buffet food good and always fresh. The kids enjoyed it, a few more kids options would help also but we were happy. The location is excellent and you can get to all the bars and restaurants really easily. Calella is a beautiful spot to visit.
