Personal welcome and help by staff made it feel like I was visiting a personal friend, not a hotel.

The hotel room was wonderful and fun. Granted, I found it strange to have a glass wall with a curtain to block off the massive tub/shower from the fireplace view. I suppose it is there if you are alone and want to watch the fireplace and soak in the tub. Just different. Regardless, the bed was comfortable, the balcony nice to access, and all amenities were easy. Additionally, the staff were nice and helpful. Finally, the breakfast was simple, but nice to have, and the coffee machine is good. However, if you are an early riser, do know that the lobby is not open until 8AM, and you'll have to go into town for coffee/tea.

The property was small and intimate. Rooms were large and very charming with antiques. Clean property and lovely light coffee, juice and muffins for breakfast in your room or down in the lobby.

The room was large spacious, the bathroom decadent with heated floors, the bed comfortable, the breakfast simple but tasty. HOWEVER, it was very sad that 1 thing really made the room lose 2 stars: THERE IS NO REAL FIREPLACE and SHOULD NOT BE ADVERTISED AS SUCH. Its does not have gas fireplace, its not even a fake fireplace that gives off heat (one of those dark black ones that would actually look nice). Its a toy looking dinky fireplace that has lights. I was angry at first, but it became comical when I turned on the sound. It wasnt even as good a fake sound. My phone sounded more realistic. I literally started to laugh at this point. They need to remove that advertising for a fireplace and/or at minimum, replace it with something higher end. If it were an extra TV, I wouldnt have even minded. Sad, as everything else was top notch and very nice and helpful service. And the location is fantastic.

The room, bed and amenities are great. The lobby coffee is all day and it’s wonderful. The complimentary breakfast looks good too. And all the front desk staff that we interacted with are extremely friendly, courteous, patient and helpful.

Boutique property. Well appointed room. Top quality bath amenities. Great breakfast. Spotless and clean. Tight parking. Close to road so you may experience some noise. Extremely well maintained. All said, we wouldn’t hesitate to return and spend another several days. Walking distance to downtown restaurants!

This place was so nice and cute. It was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at! Rooms were spacious, clean, new and wonderful. The heater tile floor in the bathroom was amazing. The staff was very nice, professional and helpful. They called after check-in to check on us! So many food, shops and drink places within walking distances.

There was nothing I didn’t like. The property was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was cozy with a fireplace. It was warm and welcoming when we arrived. Haven’t had the breakfast yet but I know it isn’t a full breakfast, just muffins, fruit, yoghurt, juice, cereal, ect, which is fine with us. The room was clean and the bedding luxurious. Wish we could stay longer.
