Belaire Place

Spacious apartment in brilliant location with beautiful ocean views. Aircon in loungeroom only, so need to keep bedroom door open to cool room on hot nights. Building is old but clean and tidy. As is the case with older buildings, the acoustics are not great, you can easily hear people on the street below and walking around on the floor above. On-site parking and helpful staff made for an easy stay.

Great position, walk to beach, restaurants and stores. Friendly staff and very welcoming.

Good place but very noisy with the complex next door. Kids screaming in the pool from 8am until 8pm.

The location was excellent only a stones throw away from the beautiful Bulcock Beach. We were greeted warmly and given useful information. Unfortunately we found the accommodation very dated. The bedroom curtains had holes the lighting especially at night is very poor in the bathroom/bedroom for applying make-up. We could hear other guests use the toilet in the middle of the night. And being asked to remove rubbish and wash dishes was the last thing we expected especially as we were on holiday and had an early morning flight out of Brisbane. We won’t return to Belaire Place in the future.

Great location. Great place to stay. Rooms are really spacious and comfortable.

The apartment is an older style apartment with plenty of room in the living areas and bedroom. Well equipped and very comfortable. Good sized bathroom with plenty of storage. Great location right next door to Tides Restaurant and lovely views over Bulcock Beach. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Close to many cafes and restaurants. The food and drink voucher for the RSL Club was a great bonus which we used. Food was good there.

Spacious accommodation. Large balcony with a view of the ocean. Close to the beach , shops , cafes , restaurants etc secure parking . Lovely helpful staff made me feel very welcome

It was very close to the peace and calmness of Pumicestone Passage. Marie and ***le were very helpful and always had a smile to greet you.
