グリーンビュー イン リバーヘッド(Greenview Inn Riverhead)

Pushed out because they wanted room for people to stay 3 hours. We used the app to save money and they didn’t like that we saved money and didn’t pay enough for their liking. The manager has a good heart but is all about money and the place is falling apart. After 4 days he made us change our room and complained about his bills.

I returned to Greenview after stay 3 night and initially thought that their new rooms that were being constructed were really nice and I was the first person to stay in that room. Right away the Wi-Fi was not working because the construction had damaged their Wi-Fi wire so there was no Wi-Fi available I noticed a few things that were concerning with the construction in the room for one there was a large gaps in the AC unit that you could see right out the front of the building the spacing around the edges. Also when taking a shower the knob for the water would not go all the way to the hot indicator therefore there was no hot shower it was not installed properly. When I booked the room I couldn't get on to my app for ******* so I wasn't going to be able to get the pricing that was on their website for that hotel when I looked at the pricing that they had displayed on the counter it was a lot more than what was said to me that I was paying I had to discrepancy with the manager he said he would give me a discount since I was staying for the 3 days and basically I just got the same price that I would have gotten at *******. When I came back only because it's the only place I can go to where is close enough to be near my daughter who I was helping at the time and was easier to stay at a hotel than drive back home everyday. The staff was very rude and unhelpful I happen to get the exact same room that I had gotten in the past about a month prior and everything that was unacceptabl

I love Riverhead as well as Greenview have stayed several times quick, easy and all comfortable and reliable. Clean and nice and warm this time of year. They are great, will definitely be staying there again.

No tell motel at its most basic level. Rents by the hour. Spend a bit more for safety. We did not feel safe.

checked in at 5pm ... im not gonna say mch about the check in .... the room had a smell of air cleaner that could choke a cow....... i had to air the room out.... problem is it was 33 degrees out and the room got cold..... i didnt know that you cant control the heat..... i slept with my cloth on and a sleeping bag on top of the bed and woke up at 5am to get out ,,,, it was 50 degrees when i woke up..... maybe they turned the heat on?

I stumbled on this Hotel while traveling, it was a very pleasant experience from accomodations to service. I would highly recommend.

Liked that it was near a body of water, didn't like the feeling of lack of security (open gates, people knocking at our door)

Room was dirty , bugs everywhere, when it was time to check out the didn’t wanna return my $100 deposit it was a horrible experience!! I would never go back there again !!! Also as being an member for so long I feel very disappointed I was even referred a room like this I was with my child as well ! It just was one of the worst experiences ever !!!!
