От отеля остались в восторге!Само расположение очень удачное,всё близко.У нас был номер с видом на море и он стоит того,было очень красиво!И отдельная благодарность повару,еды много,вкусной и разнообразной.Однозначно рекомендую этот отель!

Was a bit concerned after reading the mixed reviews but we couldn’t fault a single thing. Part of three hotels with very similar names beside each other so can be confusing. Booked a one bed sea view suite so our baby could have her own space and got to check in 3 hours early. Room was immaculate and very recently renovated. Basic kitchen, fridge and tv in bedroom and lounge with some uk channels - c4, Disney, C5 ect. Views were stunning from the hotel of Palma nova bay and few mins walk downhill to the town with loads of lovely restaurants and bars. Was pretty pricey in most of the harbour front ones, paid €18 for a very basic green salad. Pools were freezing in April but our tot enjoyed the splash pool regardless. Plenty of sun beds even though it was Easter week and the animation team did a good job always rounding people up for activities. Prob wouldn’t go all inclusive as there so many great places nearby and didn’t eat in the hotel at all. Got the bus into Palma one day which was easy and a fab day out. Greet few days break in the sun and I’d return to this hotel.

Not going to lie but I was really nervous about our weeks holiday at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Palmanova in May, not been on a “package” holiday in a big hotel for years - it was a ridiculously cheap £380 per person (3 people, flights, transfers and apartment with kitchenette and sea view for 6 nights) so I was prepared to take the risk. Well I needn’t have worried, the reception staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, the apartment was spacious, very well equipped and looked like it had recently been refurbished. Both sleeping areas, kitchenette and bathroom were spotlessly clean, beds super comfy, a nice balcony and a stunning view. Great location not too busy around the hotel so nice and quiet during the day. Late evenings were a bit noisier but that’s not the fault of the hotel Lots of sun beds available , 2 pools and plenty of activities available throughout the day and evening if you needed them. The small extra charge for the sea view was well worth it. 100% recommended Ps can’t comment on the quality of the food and drink as we were self catering

We stayed in the Leonardo royal hotel Mallorca. Room was cleaned and fresh towels everyday. All staff were very welcoming and didn’t hesitate to say hello. Great room. We had the double room/ Suite and was enough room for us both. Lifts were a bit slow but we got our steps in with taking the stairs.Entertainment around the pool several times in the week we had been. Pool bar had a wide range of drinks and great views . Will definitely be back!

Our second stay at the Leonardo Royal Palmanova Bay and certainly won't be our last. We stayed as a family of 4 for 10 days and we loved every minute. The hotel is situated on a hill, which can be tricky for anyone like me, with mobility issues. Luckily we found that going through the Hotel Hawaii and up the lift to their reception, and we were more than halfway up the hill, perfect. Rooms in the hotel the same since the changeover. We had a sea view room (pay the extra for it, you won't be sorry) on the 3rd floor and it was just to die for. The views from the hotel pool and bar are just out of this World and I will never get over it! Worth staying at the hotel just for the views. We were all inclusive. Food was OK, as always with AI it can be hit and miss, but there was always something nice to eat and I particularly enjoyed the Chinese and Mexican theme nights. Shout outs to the 2 guys in the animation team, can't remember their names but the guy who would come to us every day asking if we wanted to kayak was fantastic. He would take the mickey out of our scouse accents and was super friendly. Also, the barman Jordan was amazing. My husband got chatting to him about football and they would have a chat every night. Entertainment wasn't upto scratch this time, which didn't really bother us as we would always go down to the beachfront every night for a cocktail or two. Absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to go back to Leonardo Royal palmanova bay! 💜🤌🏼

Julia on the reception desk was very very rude and would not let us check in until after 3pm although the next two days we saw other guests being checked in before 12pm. The day we arrived at about 11am and knew what the check in time was but asked anyway, the man on the desk at the time said if they could they would check us in earlier and to come back about 12pm and then we met Julia!!! She was very rude, obstructive not only to us but another couple who had to wait until after 3pm to check in. Then the room we were given on the bottom floor with no view was full of mosquitoes, alive and dead squashed on the walls. We complained at reception (Julia had gone) and asked for someone to view the disgusting room we had been given, he agreed that the room was terrible and said all other rooms were taken but if we stayed in the room that night and in the morning pack our cases and put them in the luggage room he would see if any other rooms were available again at 3pm, this would have meant again we would be waiting for a room again for the second day of our 3 day holiday so we declined and just kept the appauling balcony door closed the whole time we were there as there was an infestation of mosquitoes around tie balcony door that once opened would be getting in the room. The lift in the communial area on our level was covered with mosquitoes that after we complained we noticed that someone had been spraying them as there were a lot of dead ones left on the floor. It's not the hotels fault there are mosquitoes around but they need to try and control them indoors!!! The glass on the sunbathing terrace was filthy it never used to be like this as we have stayed at the hotel a few times before, all in all as the other reviews have said the hotel has gone downhill with rude staff (Julia) and cleanliness.

Stayed here for 5 nights from 19th October. Overall, no complaints at all. We had a one bedroom apartment which provided all the space we needed, separate sleeping area, small kitchenette with kettle, toaster and utensils. Amazing view from the balcony although a little obstructed by the trees outside. Stayed on a half board basis, breakfast was the usual fair, with a separate station for fresh bread, fruit and then a continental selection. Due to the time of year it was very quiet most mornings but could see it being very overcrowded come the main summer season! Can’t comment on evening food as despite choosing half board, we ate out most nights as know several restaurants in the area that we really like from previous visits! Small shop directly next door to the hotel which provided basic necessities. Be warned, hotel is up a good hill which feels like is endless when returning back to the hotel but something you get used to eventually!! Small splash pool for the children, it was very shaded though due to its positioning so quite cold but again in height of summer would probably be quite nice with the heat. Overall good experience, all staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Probably wouldn’t return just because of the position of the hotel but will 100% return to Palma Nova itself for a 4th visit!
