Excellant Hotel only 125 rooms staff are excellant food is good with a wide choice everyday all inclusive 11 till 11. Very good position 5 min from beach. All staff are friendly and helpful especially kristopher. Ellinor who is entertainment is friendly and fully engaging and does a great job with a poor programme Downsides pool not heated €3.5 a day charge for a safe €10 deposit for towel. No offer of a kettle to use in room

We had an awesome time, friendly smiling staff, very good breakfast and dinner diverse buffet! Wandering beds though, but maybe it was our fault🤣!

Just returned from a 4 night stay here. It's a lovely clean hotel with really friendly staff and good value for money if you choose to go all inclusive. Our room and bathroom was on the smaller side but for the time we spent in it it didn't matter. We had a balcony facing the main road which was lovely for catching the evening sun after a day round the pool. The all inclusive drink selection was really good and found the food to be really tasty although slightly repetitive, but it's difficult to avoid that when it's a buffet. We had 2 evening meals out of the hotel and would really recommend a visit to The Olive Tree along the beach front if you fancied a change. We also spent one day walking round Palma City which is a gorgeous place, and definitely got our step count up! It was really cheap on the bus using our bank cards to tap on and tap off the bus to pay and only took around 35 mins to get there. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We hired a pool towel and the safe both of which have returnable deposits. There was also a complementary bottle of water in the room when we arrived. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a visit to Palmanova and couldn't fault Jet2's service either.

Just returned from a week in this hotel staff were wonderful especially Sandra on reception very friendly and helpful, Verdi at the bar also excellent now we come to Elenor who was doing the entertainment by herself she was amazing always Smiling and good fun

We had an amazing holiday thanks to amazing staff great food great drinks. Bar were friendly the all inclusive was such good value for money Eleanor the entertainment lead was super enthusiastic and is an asset to the hotel. All staff were lovely. We will definitely be back.

Amazing! I never really come on to trip advisor but felt I needed to…. I can’t praise our stay enough . The location is fabulous , literally the shops and beach on our doorstep. The hotel staff were so friendly , especially Enith our waitress. Thank you ! Room was spotless and cleaned daily Food was fabulous! I’m a really fussy eater and I honestly can’t fault the food at all Great selection , different theme every night and there was so much to choose from.

Arrived at the hotel greeted by a lovely bloke at reception, sorted our rooms outs I did email to ask for rooms together but we didn’t but we’re in same floor,one had a pool view, which were both beautiful, we had a sea view ,the rooms were beautiful tv fitted wardrobes also a fridge, bathroom lovely massive very strong shower including shower gel , shampoo, and hand soap and a hairdryer.the only downside was there was not one draw in the whole room, beds were very comfortable and changed every other day , we put towels in shower tray when they needed changed.we had a huge balcony which was right on the main drag of Palma nova,, we sat on the loo and had a very beautiful sea view from the window amazing . The bar staff were very friendly and cheerful we were all inclusive and some drinks you did have to pay for Drinks went till 11pm but bar closed at 11/30pm you had to pay for drinks from 11pm,, there was lots of choice from water, cocktails tea coffees etc, there is a lovely pool bar ,, the pool it’s self isn’t really that big about 45 beds but they went straight away in the mornings so I advise early morning get up and put towels on , then go do what you want , then come back as everyone was doing it by the end of the week .Entertainment what can I say just could do better sadly what we seen was just ok not good entertainment for a 4star hotel. Hotel restaurant was nipping clean , the food was just average it would of been a lot better if the food was cooked well but we had steak twice looked lovely but when cut it’s still had lots of blood could of took it back but the que was to long and other food would of got cold,, food was the same most days,, puddings were absolutely lovely so much choice , plenty of fruit and pastries wow ,the best meal of the day was bread full English breakfast, plus cereal, fruit, yogurt,toast , jams etc couldn’t fault the breakfast,, you can also have a drink with your meal, water, tea , coffee even a beer . The grounds to this hotel were very well kept , very impressive,, hotel does have a tennis court where folk were playing tennis , and hotel does have some activities in the day like yoga, darts,pool,shuffleboard etc if you wanted to join in , but your not pressured to do so.this hotel has a car park so if you hired a car it would be able to park in the grounds. The only really negative is the hotels lift tiny and we only ever seen one lift ,, so I can imagine the in high season it will be a complete nightmare . Oh forgot to say you can hire a pool towel for 10euro but you get it back at the end of your stay which saves you taking your own Palma nova was more busier than magaluf But on our last day13th both were very buzy We personally wouldn’t go back early April maybe last week of april

Room was very clean and tidy. The hotel as a whole was mainly clean, well looked after. I think the breakfast is average. The evening buffet was very repetitive. As a whole the buffet food was awful not really any choice, we decided to eat out most of the holiday. All inclusive for drinks doesn’t even start till 11am which was a massive let down. Most of the times you’d be waiting at the bar more than 15 minutes each time for a drink, as the bartender was always stood chatting with reception: I think the service in the restaurant and bar was poor. Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. We don’t think will will return again.
