We stayed in a bangalô and it was perfect. The view, fireplace, jacuzzi and room facilities were amazing. The staff is extremely courteous and professional while still personal and human!!! The food is amazing. Can't describe. At request, the staff organized a happy hour for us and 2 other family couples, brought tables, chairs, food and drinks to our outside "varanda". Great time! Lot's of fun in a very pleasant environment. Way to go! Congratulations!

Anyone visiting the south of Brazil should take the opportunity to visit this location and stay at the Parador. An easy less than 3 hours drive from Porto Alegre on an excellent and beautiful road , the Parador is located at short driving distance from Itambezinho Canyon , one of the highlights of the Region. The hotel setting is simply spectacular , with a river and falls running through it , beautifully appointed chalets , friendly service and excellent food. The hotel organizes horseback riding tours ( not to be missed ) , quad and tours of the canyons. There are also a few beautiful trails inside the property. Truly unforgettable!

beautiful place amazing infra structure!! amazing food amazing horseback riding but.... terrible hospitality !! no ability to deal with people or manage problems or special requests... one of our tours was not booked by mistake, and by the time we were ready to leave, the answer was: "I think the person that was responsible for booking it yesterday forgot to do it".... ????? whaaattt?? no alternative or excuse was offered.... no general manager/hostess around to help the owner, who was at the hotel by the time we were there, wouldn't bother to say good morning to the guests (imagine the terrible example to the employees....) or get to know his clients and experiences.. the rates are very high, so most people expect much more .... unfortunately they offer very poor hospitality service....

Relax and Good Food&Wine Go for the lamb and mint pesto, the matambre, the carreteiro de costela. Don’t miss the churrasco fogo de chão on sat/wed. Gaúcho Culture And Great scenery. Amazing Service, the canyons and the balloons are a must. My guess is that the winter is too cold. January was sunny, rainy, good temperatures

Amazing stay. Exceeded expectations!!! Awesome infra, people, food and scenery. Special remark for the breakfast and the afternoon tea. Not to mention welcome and safe travels gifts. Felt cared as if in my own house. Counting down to be back. Thank you Parador team!!!

Hotel maravilhoso, romântico com tudo para um bom fds para casal, oferecem chá da tarde, é maravilhoso! O restaurante é fenomenal e no fds tivemos churrasco fogo campeiro! É sem dúvida um ótimo refúgio, as suítes em pequenas cabanas espalhadas, são luxuosas, muito confortáveis!

Simplismente perfeito e completo. Estrutura fantástica. Uma experiência única, excelente gastrônomia, funcionários super atenciosos e solicitos. Imersão completa na natureza. Me hospedei no casulo e fiquei impactada com a estrutura, recomendo !!
