I stayed at your hotel from March 29th to 30th. On April 1st at noon, I called to ask about a backpack I left in my room.I made four calls on that day, each times being told that it was impossible to reach the housekeeping staff ? On April 2nd, I received an email stating that the backpack had been throw away.What the well?? How come the hotel just throw it away of the guest's lost property and just reply the email?Dont have any apology and compensation for this situation? The experience of satying at your hotel was very ridiculous and unbelievable. Those things in my backpack have value $600!!! Hotel should compensate of my loss!!!
