Quite room, friendly reception. Plate with fruits and bottle of wine in the room. But no kids club open yet (7/04) Slides are not working.

It was wonderful experience in Turkey. All hotel staff were clean and comfortable.

Были в отеле конец апреля 2023г. Приезжали на выходные на 2 дня. В своей ценовой категории отель просто 🔥🔥🔥. Мы много где были. Девочки на ресепшен умнички. В отеле чистота и порядок, еда просто отличная мясо, курица, котлетки, рыбка красная на гриле, тушения в сливочном соусе и т.д. Находится на первой береговой, пляж хороший. В общем советую, каждый день в отеле есть анимация и днем и вечерами. Конечно если ехать сюда на 10 дней не знаю может кому то показаться скучновато, но люди отдыхали полный отель и все довольны. В Sneak баре очень вкусная пицца, гюзлеме, нагитсы, фри, шаурма. Пиво, коктейли, напитки и т.д весь день на пролет. Мороженое качественное и вкусное. Приедем еще раз при возможности🤞🏼

We rested at the Armas Labada Beach Hotel 5 in the period from August 24 to September 4, 2023. The first time we got to the Hospital in Kemer! We rested with our family three of us (me, my wife and daughter 6 years old). The journey from the airport to the hotel took about 1.5 hours. In the voucher we had a standard room land view (with a view of the surrounding area). We wrote in advance to a very kind and responsive girl Margarita (a representative of the hotel) that we wanted a higher room. We were at the hotel at 7 am. The receptionist at the reception put bracelets on us and told us to come up and maybe the room will appear before 14:00. We left our things at the reception and went to the sea, upon arrival at 13 o'clock we saw a message on the phone from Margarita that the room was ready at 10 o'clock in the morning. Plus Margarita took care and we were upgraded completely free of charge to a large sea view room (with sea view) on the 3rd floor, room 5316. Margarita, if you are reading this review, then thank you very much for your help and such a gift. You are a golden man and you should be appreciated by the hotel management, you make the service better!!! ROOM AND CLEANING The room is nice and large with double and single beds, good room design, excellent sound insulation, silence from neighbors "like in a bunker", many thanks to the developers of this hotel. The furniture is new. Large bathroom with shower. There are no problems with the supply of hot and cold water, the pressure is stable. There are 2 dressing gowns in the closet. The presence of an electric kettle, coffee and tea sets. The in-room safe is free. 2 warm blankets and 2 waffle blankets. The room is cleaned every day. Clean well with the replacement of towels. Vacuuming the floors and wiping the table. Replenish the bar once in full (photo attached): 2 beers, 2 pepsi, 2 forfeits, 2 sprites, 2 mineral water, 2 water, 2 sweets. Wi-fi caught on the "five" as in the room, by the pool, on the beach. In this regard, just well done! It's quiet at night, there are no mosquitoes. Since we slept with an open balcony. The hotel is family-run. The air conditioner is excellent, worked very well, quickly cooled the room, without smell and sound. In the evening, as a gift from the hotel, they brought wine with wine glasses and a fruit plate) NUTRITION Food for a solid five!!!! There are fish and different types of meat, cooked both on the stove and on the grill. Full of fruit. A sweet table is present at all meals. We visited ala kart (fish restaurant). They gave the main course - shrimp and delicious big fish (I didn't specify the name), and there were also a lot of additional snacks. The waiters poured wine for our choice. I really liked the positive elderly woman who cooked fried eggs in the morning, tortillas at lunch near the snack bar. By the way, I read in previously written reviews that fried eggs are imported, I want to upset a friend, they are cooked with you) From 12 to 16

I wish I read some more truthful reviews before booking this hotel. It was our worst hotel experience we had ever had, absolutely ruined our holiday. I wish I could do a pros and cons list but I genuinely cannot think of any pros taking into account the description of the hotel and the star rating. There is no way this is a 5 star hotel at all, most of the reviews are questionable and appear to be the same users who have left reviews for all Armas hotels. It was described as being in Kemer however it's in Camyuva which is a ghost village, nothing happening here at all, no local facilities or attractions Everything is about 20mins away in Kemer Town where Armas also have another hotel. Food is exactly the same everyday, morning, lunch and dinner, not just the same options but actually the same food reheated, this is not safe practice. A restaurant cook also informed us of this, dishes are only replaced once completely finished. 90% of dinner options are fruit and veg, 9% outdated desserts and usually leaving one fish dish and if your lucky a chicken wing. All inclusive is a concept they charge you for but have no concept of, drinks included means a juice dispenser which gives carbonated drinks and a coffee machine serving a few options. Everything else is chargeable, 3 dollars for a glass of real orange juice to give an example. Hotel overall cleanliness is shocking, staff see a mess and walk straight past, the same spills and dirt on the floors of communal areas were seen for 7 days straight. Room was filthy, non smoking room that smelt like a chimney, cigarette butt's all over the floor. Pool is OK but very small, at busy time you will be lucky to get a seat around the pool. Pool towel contained what I can only describe as faeces. Staff are very rude and discriminatory, unless your Russian please do not expect anything from staff, they laugh at anyone speaking English that's if they aren't ignoring you. Communication is dreadful, asked to speak to a manager many times but was ignored because of the language barrier, even though they advertise as having English speaking staff. Sadly if your black origin it's worse here, I saw black guests being racially abused. You will end up having to travel to Kemer the nearest town for any sign of civilisation. You are much better off booking in Kemer which is beautiful. I'm sure the hotel will respond with a standard apology and say they will take on board feedback however this is worth nothing, I contacted the hotel via email before arriving and 3 weeks later haven't heard back. Contacted them on their active social media platform but it was ignored, also messaged them while I was there in order to speak to someone from guest services to resolve our issues and was ignored. This is a badly managed hotel, with false reviews and misleading description of the resort. It is overpriced and in need of a makeover, it is run down. Nothing but a cobble beach for miles.
