ホテルは市内ではなく、少し離れていますが、環境は良好です。ゴルフ場があり、部屋の設備は少し古いです。ホテルの近くには大きな農園やひまわりがあります。

Good breakfast and nice staff, large room and sufficient parking space

臭い、古いホテル。それがこの場所を説明する唯一の方法です。メルキュールホテルには絶対に泊まらないようにしましょう。その理由がわかりました。オーストリアに向かう途中で1回立ち寄るだけで十分でした。ロビーはタバコの煙の匂いがして、入ってくるとすぐに気になりました。エレベーターはあまり良くありませんでした。非常に時代遅れで、1990年以来改装されていないように見えます。さあ、ルクセンブルク、あなたはできるでしょうこれよりも良い。

If people think this is the best hotel in Luxembourg, they clearly haven’t stayed at the Sofitel down the road. It’s our fault really - we just wanted somewhere cheap and cheerful for 1 night with parking. And that is exactly what we got. Dated hotel with average food and smelly lift. Very difficult to find. Won’t be returning.

nice staff - breakfast good, no big diversity as expected - room not clean - got some issues - also day after cleaning issues .....not as " super ' as advertised ...but that our opinion ...been 2 a few hotels in my lifetime.... Though Spa & Hammam are nice , clean ...definetely worth trying it ....

Excellent hotel with lots of walkable trails in the nature.

2 adults and a 3 year old + 1 dog. 2 Night stay in July. We stayed in a split level room, which are very spacious. The main bed is very nice, my toddler decided to kick me out of that for the second night and had to sleep on the sofa bed which wasn't comfortable. They could do with getting proper aircon in the rooms. The hotel is attached to a golf club and the ground around are very nice. We didnt eat in the restaurant as i had read on here it wasn't very good. It was also very expensive. 15 minute drive down to Remich on the German border there are some nice places to eat. We went looking for a bar in the hotel, we found the golf clubhouse which we weren't made to feel welcome, funny looks from the golfing members and the staff looked at us as if we weren't meant to be there. Which is weird, wasn't asked if we needed any assistance. So we walked back to the room without getting a drink. Reception staff we spoke to were very nice and helpful. NOTE: On the door they have a hanger to let people know your pet is in there alone and the owners are out so don't disturb, which i found really good,

This is a fantastic hotel on lovely grounds. The rooms are spacious especially if you get lucky enough to get a split level room and service is impeccable. I stayed here for 2 weeks during covid and they were absolutely amazing at dealing with requests while still managing everybodies safety. The brealfast is great and so are all the staff. I love the spa and gym and generally walking around the grounds. One gripe is that the bar food was pretty bad and so was the room service food. With the hotel being out of the way you dont have much choice but to travel for food or plan ahead and bring something back to the hotel. This isnt quite enough to mark the hotel down even 1 point though as it is a lovely relaxing hotel.

Poor quality of food, quantity not foreseen for the guests, and overall the Sunday brunch is an experience that I would never re-try. We had to ask twice for the eggs (only one choice that they call “scrambled eggs”) and the bacon (which was more boiled than grilled). Bread not fresh and patisserie seemed that was prepared the day before. Water is not included. Very poor choice of warm dishes. No indication of what type of dish was presented on the buffet nor allergens. Service not at Mercure level expectation. Luckily there was a glass of cremant included and the view on the golf field. If you are looking for a real Sunday brunch go elsewhere.
