This is my second time at the property. We stayed at the penthouse suite last time in 2019 but this time they did not have the same room available. I believe that the properties is well-maintained and the restaurants offered relatively good food. Unfortunately I have had a bad experience with one of the hostess during my stay. We had dinner on January 1 at the Mexican restaurant. We requested a table by the window and she told me that I had to wait. I understood because they were short on staff but another couple came after us and they were seated right away at the table by the window. When I asked, when we will be seated, she told me to wait and go sit in the waiting area. I think this was totally inappropriate that she told me to go sit. There appeared to be a manager. His name was Julio, who tried to accommodate me thereafter. But my state of mind at that stage was already not very favorable. The food at the Mexican restaurant also proved to be extremely poor. My overall assessment of my stay was relatively be good barring my experience at the Mexican restaurant.
