I recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere.
The broken air conditioner that had to be fixed two times during our stay, the Cockroach we saw in the buffet area, the misinformation about the pirate ship availability (which is supposed to be included with your stay, but they won't give you information so that you are more likely to go to the timeshare presentation for tickets), the fact that they still make you carry around key cards instead of using the wristbands to open the lock on your doors (you don't realize how inconvenient that is until you go to a resort where you don't have to carry a key card), the creepy childcare, only having cool air in the room so you roast at every meal and everytime you leave your room, paying for a family suit with 2 doubles and king and only getting a king, and the not so friendly staff could have been ignored MAYBE... but the fact that they do not accept prior reservations for dining and expect their patrons to stand in line for well over an hour every single day to get to dinner reservations is the most inconsiderate thing I have seen a resort do. If you are not able to be in line by 2:45 in the afternoon then you are stuck at the buffet every single meal. The buffet isn't terrible but they have the same food almost every day and they have a 20 minutes line most of the time. They also under staff the bars so the lines are horrible and they do not have staff coming to refill drinks on the beach like other resorts. SKIP!
