グランド オアシス パーム オールインクルーシブ(Grand Oasis Palm - All Inclusive)

我們一共入住兩次，中間間隔了兩天回美國辦事兒，第二次checkin的時候我們拿回寄存的行李發現沒有ipad和鍵盤不在，給前台打電話反映，兩個男的來到房間問我問題並且寫下丟失的東西細節，這兩個男的一直在質疑我、於是我説報警是否是墨西哥丟失東西的常規流程，他們説如果這樣酒店就不再協助等警察辦理，我們考慮後選擇先不報警，因為可能是客房服務撿到了打算第二天問經理，等了幾天都沒有回覆，説客房服務沒見到ipad和鍵盤在房間內，還説我上次離開的時候帶走了，暗指我説謊，我們非常憤怒，和攜程客服反應了這件事情，我們要求提前退房、不想住在偷客人物品的危險酒店，攜程幫助我們和酒店申請退房並且要求查丟失的ipad和鍵盤，然後一位女性經理給我打點話問我ipad什麼顏色這些細節，之後把ipad還給了我，説客客房服務當天就找到了，以為不是我的，我説有追蹤系統，是你們把ipad關機了我找不到具體位置，她一直在找藉口説以為不是我的，很離譜，因為攜程向酒店管理人員研反映我才能拿回來，之前的酒店人員騙我説從來沒見過ipad，因為這件事情心情很不好，離開房間把箱子都上鎖了，不會再入住。

Good all inclusive hotel, good staff, great location!

The room was fine, the breakfast buffet was the better than the lunch and dinner buffet. The restaurants you need to make reservations for were maybe slightly above average but were not great. Overall it’s a very average all inclusive resort. Would stay at a different one if we visit Cancun again.

The pictures online painted a very very different picture. I was packed with families with young children - very overcfrowded. Rooms were small and very old. Our room was not touched/picked up until day 3! Food and drinks were terrible. Food was usually barely warm - when food ran out - oftentimes it was not refilled. No flavor - not a lot of variety. Drinks were terrible! We rarely finished an entire cup. Check in took hours (4 hours)!!! Lost a full day of sun sitting in the hotel waiting to check in and then once our turn, they didn't have our reservation. Had to call *******, etc... it was a mess. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS RESORT!

The hotel was super packed. We were not able to get any reservations for the restaurants. They said “arrive at 4:00 pm for dinner” but the reality is that by 4, there was such a big line, that it was impossible to reserve. The rooms only offered bed sheets, and the ac was not working in optimal conditions!!! Everything they advertise is waiting lines!!! 30 to 40 min….

Took an hour to check in , then couldn’t check us in. Then had to wait another 45 min. No WiFi and the staff simply said “ wait “ call back in 3 hours. Lines over an hour just to eat. Nasty old beach towels. The food was not eatable. The bed only had a sheet .. when we asked for a blanket they brought 2 old ripped blankets with cigarette burns. Mold all over the tub, the tub was broke they never fixed it. Tv was broke but did fix next day. No air conditioning anywhere on the property. The staff was rude and very unfriendly.

I recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere. The broken air conditioner that had to be fixed two times during our stay, the Cockroach we saw in the buffet area, the misinformation about the pirate ship availability (which is supposed to be included with your stay, but they won't give you information so that you are more likely to go to the timeshare presentation for tickets), the fact that they still make you carry around key cards instead of using the wristbands to open the lock on your doors (you don't realize how inconvenient that is until you go to a resort where you don't have to carry a key card), the creepy childcare, only having cool air in the room so you roast at every meal and everytime you leave your room, paying for a family suit with 2 doubles and king and only getting a king, and the not so friendly staff could have been ignored MAYBE... but the fact that they do not accept prior reservations for dining and expect their patrons to stand in line for well over an hour every single day to get to dinner reservations is the most inconsiderate thing I have seen a resort do. If you are not able to be in line by 2:45 in the afternoon then you are stuck at the buffet every single meal. The buffet isn't terrible but they have the same food almost every day and they have a 20 minutes line most of the time. They also under staff the bars so the lines are horrible and they do not have staff coming to refill drinks on the beach like other resorts. SKIP!
