Don’t want to leave this place. So many restaurants so many options. The outside pool is fab and the cocktails are delicious!

La comida no era buena, de hecho el 2do dia de la estancia mi esposa y yo nos enfermamos del estomago, y es que no consumimos vino o alcohol. El servicio del personal excelente, las habitaciones tenian algunos detalles de mantenimiento. En escala del 1 al 10 le pondria 8

Truly a 5 star experience. Front Desk staff were the best and solved any and all issues. The facility is great and the food is excellent. The Buffet is fantastic. We will definitely come back. The big negative for us was the lack of any patio style tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. All outdoor seating was chaise lounges that became very hard after a few days. We enjoy playing games and cards and we could not do that at a comfortable table near one of the 3 pools. This hotel resort is the best otherwise!!!

It is very nice and clean other than bathroom doesn’t have exhaust fan. Room temperature are set at 22degree Celsius which was hot for me and couldn’t sleep at night. I requested to have it lowered but they responded on the last night I was supposed to be there

Most if not all of the resort employees were really respectfully and attendant to everyone’s needs. The hospitality shown by its employees was A . The resort felt outdated and smelled musky, the AC didn’t cool very well but very spacious. The food and drinks weren’t very good but the pools and beach access were very convenient.

The staff at the RIU are amazing! They are so friendly, so willing to be helpful, & always cleaning! Humberto in the main restaurant was especially friendly & fun! The soft, white beach & the waves were lovely & very therapeutic! There is a moldy, musty smell throughout the hotel... probably because it is an older resort & is right on the beach. However we have stayed at other beachside hotels that did not smell so bad. The food was only okay. The main restaurant with the buffet was decent & as good as can be for a buffet. The food at the other restaurants was mediocre at best. This was only our second time at an all-inclusive & we won't likely do it again. Its great if you like to drink a lot & don't really care about the food beyond wanting to feel full. I liked that there were 3 pools.... we had 2 other options if we didn't want to go to the "party" pool with the obnoxious music. However there wasn't much seating by the other 2 pools so you had to get there early; & most of the lounge chairs are very close to the party pool. There are however lots of lounge chairs on the beach which is where we mostly spent our time & it was great! The truly negative thing I can say is about the people who get so flipping drunk including the couple who were staying right next to us. They got so drunk, and argued so much, and then vomited right outside the door. The resort obviously can't control other people but this is the main reason we likely wont stay at an all inclusive again.

The entertainment staff were awesome. They had bingo,trivia, dancing, ballyball,. The bartender made it the best. Thank you Eduardo, Julio, David, Miguel, Lucera and the rest of the poolside group for making this a great tip. Great vibe for all ages and this is a place we will go again. HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL AGAIN TAKE CARE :)

Best beach in Cancun. The rooms are comfy and just right. The bartenders Wilbert, July aka Julio are the best at the swim up pools. The two night bartenders at the entertainment bar ( can’t remember their names) they are very good and funny too ! Steakhouse the best! Check in great! Everything was perfect. My husband and I had a wonderful time! Will return soon!
