Decent hotel, cleanliness is not upto the mark but the staff and service is very good.

What an amazing experience it was from the Day 1 of this trip. Front desk Braza was extremely helpful and had a seamless check in and check out and fulfilled every single needs. Please ask for Braza when you check in. Braza deserves a good salary hike and a promotion. Thank you for this who***earted experience

Beautiful Rooms Good Food And a Clean Swimming pool Very Courteous Staff. Special mention for the Front Office staff Eden. She was extraordinary. Ambrish, the resort ***ager was almost omnipresent. We could see him almost everywhere when we needed help with something.

First of all I must appreciate the entire team of Acron Candolim, the way they behave with all our guest are amazing. The rooms, food, location, view from room, everything is amazing. I Took a group for 50 Pax to this hotel and this is first time in our entire carrier that all 50 Pax were happy with the hotel and services. We check in on 29 April 24 with my family with 2 infant's and we have a suite rooms 1405 and 1416. Eden at the front office is excellent. The resort ***ager was amazing and very helpful. The room were very spacious and we were provided with hot milk for our babies. Highly appreciated. Sadly the restaurant is non AC and flies all over on the food in the restaurant. We went to stayin this for a peace of mind but there was a guest with a wife and a kid and he was listening music with the full volume. I asked one of the staff to lower the volume but it was the same and these people were smoking on the sun bed next to us which I believe is not the standard of this resort. They should have a seperate smoking room. It's not the fault of the staff but the owner. It's a great property and have a potential to do better.

The hotel location is close by to the city and beach. The ambience, food, staff are amazing.. Room was also awesome....The buffet is just right and tasty. Thanks for taking good care of us, especially the dining staff...Kudos to all of you. Hope to stay here again.

We had the company conference. Very good experience. Overall all enjoyed the conference of 6 days . We had the strategy meeting. Also had a party in the evening . Food was good Arrangements were as per our expectation. Rooms were spacious . Service was very good. People enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel . The beach was 500 meteres away . People enjoyed every day . Thanks to General ***ager Mr Gad .
