Perfect base for snowboarding in Soldeu. 15 minute walk to Grandvalira Gondola or free shuttle bus from the hotel. Breakfast and Dinner buffets were great lots of variety. Small fridge in the room for self catering for lunch too. Friendly staff, free access to the gym and 1 free visit to the sauna would definitely stay again!

Highly recommend this hotel. We used it as a base for skiing and no complaints at all. Food (we did H/B) was very good, plenty of choice. The staff are superb, shout outs to the shuttle driver, the bar lady with blond hair & the restaurant staff.

Very good option. The room we stayed was spacious and the bathroom too. The hotel has a nice spa and it is not crowded. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options, as well as that for dinner (rice, pasta, meat, fish, salads)... Kids can also finde many options there. Recommended hotel.

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, with lovely views from the restaurant. The bedroom was very clean, bedding good quality and bed comfortable. The staff were amazing, very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was fantastic. We ate dinner at a local restaurant on our first night which was a mistake. The food was okay although very overpriced for what we had and service not good. So we ate at the hotel the following night, which was a delicious buffet, and very good value for the choice and quality of food, and staff all lovely. We'll definitely eat in the hotel on our next visit. Spa very good. Would have loved a swimming pool, but the sauna, spa bath and steam room were totally adequate and well appreciated.

Great place and near from the Soldeu Gondola. Free parking on the street available and good restaurants nearby. Staff quite friendly with some exceptions in the breakfast area.

We had a 6 night stay - one couple and 2 friends. We all agreed the hotel surpassed our expectations on many levels. The staff were just lovely- friendly, professional, welcoming. Special mentions to Lucia on reception and Nacha in the restaurant, the lady behind the bar, and the bus driver! But honestly, everyone was great. The food was also much better than we thought it would be. We are not natural fans of buffets, but the chef managed to produce varied high quality options every evening. An incredible range of good dishes including salads and things for children. Wine was sensibly priced at 13 euros and up. Breakfasts good too. They provided packed breakfasts if we had an early start. The shuttle bus to and from the slopes worked well, though it is important to pre book your slot. The spa hit the spot, although steam room and jacuzzi were a little cool. Bedrooms, smart and functional. Kettle and fridge provided- but no actual tea, coffee, milk etc. We stayed on ground floor- room 101, which had a sort of balcony, but not really one to sit out on as by the road

We have just finished our week trip skiing, this is our second time at the hotel and we've enjoyed it just as much, all the staff are lovely, very professional and helpful. The bus driver is such a nice guy, make sure that you book the bus, we forgot one day but within 15 minutes he came to collect us. My only little complaint would be that there wasn't as much variety on the food as last year, we always found something we liked every evening. We have stopped in other hotels in the area and personally I like this one the best overall.

Hotel was modern and clean. Room was pretty small for 3 but did the job and beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful and professional especially Jessica who went out of her way to find me a charger cable for my GoPro. Ski lockers and shuttle to the slopes on demand was great. Hotel loses the 5th star on the quality of food at the buffet breakfast and dinner which wasn’t great.
