I was told I do not need a code for the front door but the door was locked on my second night, resulting in me being locked out of the hotel for 2 hours in the middle of the night. No out of hours service is available and no apologies ere made. They do not care for the guests once they have your money. The attendent said he meant to bump into me but didn't, no effort was made to contact me in my room or via email. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Walkable from station and super close to all the sights of Cannes. Simple and basic but all I needed. Bed comfy. Excellent value for money considering location. Had a lovely courtyard though I didn’t get to use it as I was staying just one night. Check-in closes quite early at 8pm so make sure you contact if you’ll be late. Friendly and welcoming. Would certainly stay again if I visit Cannes.

Love this place, been several times. Great host. knowledgeable and helpful. in a top location, bottom of hill, old village right next to the haubour & market and very pretty court yard. Clean, good size beds. Love the breakfast.

Small budget hotel with Approx 12 rooms. If yr a light sleeper give this place a miss !! Every night you will hear the front door close, footsteps along the corridor, and keys rattling in an attempt by guests trying to open their respective doors. My stay was actually ruined no fault of the hotel, by inconsiderate inebriated patrons nightly returning to the hotel, slamming doors, and screaming loudly at each other 😠 Due to the size of the hotel, it was impossible to sleep thru these disturbances. As for my room, it was extremely small and basic, but nevertheless clean. The courtyard lacks in appeal, as it needs a good clean, and the stacked car tyres moving. All in all, not a good stay, but possibly no more than I should have expected when paying approximately £50 per nt to stay in Cannes.

I like historical buildings, enjoying to be there.

Cozy and quiet hotel with great proximity to the beach and right in front of the covered market. Pascal is a great host that enjoys chatting with his guests and helping them with the trip planning. He is also a great companion for a glass of wine in the evening.

Lovely service and hospitality - I felt very well taken care of!
