Premier Inn Cannock (Orbital)

I have used Premier Inns across the UK for several years and have rarely been disappointed. Cannock Oribital was located very conveneiently for a meeting I needed to attend and a welcome feature is the excellent parking available. The Hotel Receptionist was welcoming and soon had me booked in. The bedroom was clean and tidy and very acceptable. I had a full cooked breakfast on both the mornings I stayed there and the quality and speed of service was of a very high order. I ate only on evening meal at the adjacent Brewers Fayre. The meat pie was ok but the presentation of the food on the plate was a little lacklustre. This is a small point though! The restaurant was busy in the evenings and from my observation customers were very contented with the food and service. My stay was a good one and I weill continue to use Premier Inn.

For this hotel in a few words I would say amazing staff,very friendly and helpful and clean and nice room!

Another great stay at the Orbital where we stay 2-3 times a year. Nina,Louisa and Katie on reception were all first class and a credit to the Premier Inn. Also the cleaning team were always receptive to any requests. We keep coming back as the hotel has never disappointed us.

A great night's sleep as always. I have spinal problems and the mattress was amazing. Staff were great especially Beverley on reception. She kindly watched my bag while I stepped outside for a few moments.

Had a good stay at the hotel, but it was made particularly special and memorable due to the people i was with but also to Beverly and Dana. They were truly welcoming, friendly and approachable and we could have a laugh with them which made teh trip particularly special. You are brilliant ladies and part of a great team - we will be back and i will be hunting you down the three mad amigos

We were woken up to loads of noise there were work vans emptying the rooms shouting and dragging furniture out side to the back of the building right out side our room we were never informed of any work and guests have till 12.00 to vacate so we must have been the only guest on our floor

We have just got here and feel like leaving. We arrived here a bit early and went to get a drink in the bar. People eating in the bar so no free tables to sit at. but there were free tables in the restaurant. But after a 200 mile journey was told not to sit there and go and wait in the lobby. Found the member of staff had a very unpleasant attitude towards my family. We are paying customers just wanting to have a drink after a long journey. Not to much to ask from someone to be polite and friendly after a long journey. I hope things improve when I check in.

The hotel is ideally situated for the retail park and McArthur Glen Shopping. Nina on reception was exceptional and couldn't do enough for you. Would recommend full breakfast as a lot of choice. As it's located on a roundabout, there is obvious road noise if you happen to be on that side.

Staff were absolutely lovely but the hotel itself is very outdated with none of the more modern luxuries you would expect in a premier inn of this price. A/C was left on for 2 hours while we went out and the room horrendously hot. Worst night sleep I've ever had in a long time!
