"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As a disabled guest, I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Premier Inn Cannock South. From the moment I arrived, The receptionist on reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially as I use a rollator walker and needed assistance with bags and doors. There kindness made such a difference. All staff throughout my stay were friendly, patient, and supportive, including at dinner and breakfast, where I felt completely comfortable and well looked after. Although I couldn’t have a fully accessible room, this was communicated clearly in advance, and the ground‑floor room I was given was spacious, clean, and perfect for my needs. The room was spotless, everything worked, and it was genuinely one of the best Premier Inn stays I’ve had. The only small accessibility improvement I’d suggest is removing the wooden ledge at the main entrance, but this didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent experience. Fantastic team, outstanding service — I wouldn’t hesitate to return."
