Had an amazing stay

Very small spaces. Even after getting an upgrade to my room, which they charged me for. This place is not worth the money spent.

Was very pleased with the hotel. It was clean, and quiet. The AC worked and the location was very central. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ever since Covid and multiple hotel quarantines I have a bit of PTSD regarding hotels. At Neighbourgood I actually didn't experience that, slept well and was happy to be in the room.

NEighborgood East City in Cape Town is a vibrant and eclectic neighborhood with a great mix of trendy cafes, art galleries, and boutique shops. The area has a lively atmosphere and is perfect for exploring on foot. It's also known for its street art and creative energy, making it a must-visit for anyone looking for a unique and artistic experience in Cape Town.

Останавливались в этом отеле на неделю. При условии, что бронировали на двоих, было странно наличие полотенец в номере лишь для одного... Просили принести эти полотенца, но каждый день при уборке номера нам оставляли набор лишь на одного!!! Вода в номере не предусмотрена, равно как и моющие средства... Завтрак был настолько скудным, холодным и невкусеым, насколько это возможно!!! Сам номер был маленьким и грязным, на этаже вечно воняло дихлофосом((( Лучше возьмите другой отель, если вы хотите отдохнуть с комфортом...

The location of the hotel is great, close to all main attractions and easy to get around. The hotel is good value for money. The best part of the hotel is the staff. They go above and beyond to meet all expectations. Nosihle Zondo and Shaun Made sure they attended to all our queries and did their best to make us comfortable. Thank you for the great service.

Although my stay was lovely, I have to give a poor rating because my booking was processed twice even though it was obvious I was travelling solo and did not need two rooms for myself. No attempt to resolve the issue amicably has been made. Very dishonest.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay from check in to departure. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable and neat. We also enjoyed the delicious cookie (-: Vanessa Lee (Limberger Accounting)

The room looks smaller than what they show on the internet. But everything else is fine from the breakfast to the staying. Plus the staff very welcoming, safe and clean neighborhood

The place is centrally located, amazing staff, amazing view, just a few things, twice when I was in the room, the housekeeping staff opened the door directly without knocking, the second time I was getting dressed and I just heard the door open. The floor I was on was amazing, high floor but very noisy and the room was right next to the elevator, the tiniest room i have ever seen, and there is no amenities in the room,just a few small soap bars but we learn from our travels. On the bright side, the security is amazing and the breakfast is absolutely delightful
