Good location. Really close to the v and a waterfront. Service was extraordinary and the breakfast was awesome.

Nice rooms, great location, good food and friendly and accommodating staff. Driver always available. Sheila in particular was friendly,informative,helpful and fun to talk with. Hotel was on a non busy side street within easy walking distance to the Waterfront and Bo-Kaap neighborhood.

My husband and I were visiting Cape Town recently after a safari in Kruger National Park. We were pleased to have chosen the Tree House Boutique as a place to relax, rejuvenate and tour the remarably beautiful Cape Town. We had a Easterly facing view room which was spacious and comfortable. The view of the ocean and city gave us a true sense of this vibrant city. The breakfast and snacks wete prepared with care. The staff was exceptional, especially Evanvce who went out of his way to accomodate our needs. If you enjoy small hotels with an intimate staff I would recommend you consider this fine establishment.

We spent one night at the Tree House; our stay was perfect. We were in a lovely ground floor, spacious suite with a most comfortable bed, and agreeable, well-appointed bathroom/shower. Nice amenities, such as complimentary water. A very nice breakfast was included. The location is ideal: quiet, in the Green Point neighbourhood, walking distance to the V&A waterfront, and the city centre. While there is not a restaurant for dinner in the hotel, restaurants are close by, just down the road. More importantly, the staff and front desk are most helpful: we had local transportation arranged at a fair price, and any other requests were met in an obliging manner. During our trip we subsequently spent 4 nights at another 5-star Cape Town hotel, but wished we had booked the Tree House Boutique.

Hidden gem in Cape Town! A beautiful place with lovely staff and excellent food. The rooms differ in size and comfort. Depending on room you can make use of the balcony (not so nice on the road side). Bathroom is good, however some rooms do have less space in shower area. Nevertheless, highly recommended place to stay! 24 hr staff available, including security.

An excellent experience. The hotel is situated a short walk from the V&A Waterfront and has views of the sea. Highlights are the staff, who couldn’t do enough, the chef’s cake which is prepared at 3pm daily and the breakfast (the mushroom, shallot, tomato and thyme on toast was my favourite). Shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are all in walking distance. I’d fully recommend this hotel as an excellent place to stay.

What an absolute gem this hotel is! Great location a short walk from the main bars, restaurants and the V&A Waterfront. The staff are super professional and friendly. We received a lovely welcome arrival tour and drink from the fabulous Sheila who explained everything in detail. Upon returning to the room on our first night we were delighted to find a bottle of local wine waiting for us which was a lovely gesture! The room is spacious and comfortable with many amenities and a large balcony and the cleaners do a great job of servicing the room daily. The staff here really are so attentive, display great attention to detail and have made our stay here in Cape Town so special. Thank you Tree House for a fantastic stay.

After cruising to Cape Town I didn't have very high expectations of the hotel but I was very wrong. This quiet boutique hotel really is a hidden gem. 5 min walk down hill to bars and restaurants and 15 walk to all V&A Waterfront attractions. The breakfasts were outstanding and all staff were friendly and helpful. The comfortable room, with sunny balcony and distant sea views was excellent. Nice little pool area and comfortable lounge with refreshments. Would definitely stay again if visiting Cape Town.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Very convenient for the V&A waterfront. Really nice room, with big bath and shower. Great breakfast and afternoon cake was a treat. Next time I would book a room on the higher floors as, although our room was fantastic, it was a little dark. The VERY BEST THING was the staff. They were all so friendly, helpful and with a great sense of humour. Elton, the manager was exceptional. Would definitely book this hotel again when we return to Cape Town.
