The staff especially Solomon and his team including the concierge were very accommodating.they catered for all our needs seeing that we were well feed before and after our two oceans marathon.they have a huge breakfast spread catering for all needs.hope to come again and get spoilt by the whole team

I had an excellent positive experience with Manfred , Davy , lunga and Maxine and rock. The level of professionalism of thes staff on my first trip to cape town was very friendly and top notch , from the reception to service in the rooms . The views of the rooms , cleanliness and meal’s absolutely stunning .

Greatest welcome received from Manfred, Sino and David. Its my 1st day at the hotel today and never have I received such a great welcome. This is a serious five star welcome. I was greeted by big smiles, champagne and welcoming words. Im looking forward to the next 4days.

Wonderful 4 nights in a simple but comfortable room towards the beautiful mountains of Capetown. Fabulous staff all over from Check in to breakfast. Dolphins playing in the bay while having champagne @ Brkfst, where else can you have that. Great location, shuttle to city, great gym and easy to go anywhere

This event is so well planned and perfectly executed. .The friendliness of the staff especially the manager Natasha Shetty is awesome. The food was amazing especially the seafood. Definitely my new favourite hotel in Cape Town. Big thumbs up!

5 stars for the location… 5 stars for the food… 5 MILLION stars for the staff! We travelled to South Africa for 2 weeks staying at several places across the country and the Radisson Blu on the waterfront in Cape Town is by FAR the best! (We stayed at The Oyster Box in Durban and this hotel blew that stay out of the water!). The rooms are immaculate, the breakfast is divine, and the staff is world class! Special shout out to Pam (front desk), Karabo (concierge), Yusuf (manager), and last - but certainly not least, Riendewaan (driver). We were on our way to Boulders beach, prepared to take an Uber and Karabo suggested we use one of their drivers. It was a last minute idea and Yusuf assisted with the arrangement ensuring that everything was seamless as if it was always planned. Riendewaan is the sweetest, most professional individual acting as a supreme tour guide as he drove us around the peninsula. Note to the ladies - he is also a phenomenal photographer and made sure I looked fire on all of our pictures! There is NO question to where we will stay on future trips, and everyone should take heed! If you want a magical trip in Cape Town, you must stay at The Radisson Blu Waterfront hotel. You won’t regret it!

A posh hotel with a gorgeous view of the sea! The hotel is nested in an amazing location, right beside the sea, with a gorgeous view of the waterfront. The rooms are spacious, the beds are the best! The bathroom is wide and neatly laid. The hotel is being renovated and given the standards now, I truly hope they are even better than what they are offering. Simple things matter. For instance, sometimes they never place water bottles in my room. Although not significant, an added hassle of having the call the room service and waiting for a bottle of water is an inconvenience. The staff are absolutely amazing! Sicelo, Manfred, Rock, Jerry and Lunga are like brothers and make this hotel, a home away from home for me!

We were greeted by David the porter/security guard with 2 glasses of champagne and effortlessly escorted to our room - setting the stage for an unforgettable experience. We are return customers however this time I feel the need to mention the life blood, heart and soul of the establishment - LeeAnne. Observing her with her staff and interacting with the customers was spiritual. If you ever get the opportunity, go steal a hug from her and it will change your life. There is no request to big or small that she cannot solve in seconds. One day, my German friend came to visit. We spent a very enjoyable day together, making use of the excellent spa facilities as well as having lunch on the terrace with its stunning view of the sea. My friend really enjoyed the day. She loved the salt room and sauna and marvelled at the cleanliness of the pool, where there was also a nice supply of complimentary drinks and nuts to keep up our strength while engaging in some serious relaxing. Most of all though, she was impressed by the heartfelt warmth and friendliness of the staff. The food was gorgeous, and I think she developed a lasting craving for the (complimentary) hot chocolate. In fact, that might have been her favourite. She promised to be back soon, and I think she meant it. Jerry at the entrance has the best sense of humour I have come across in a while, please stop by for one of his one liners. It is clear there is a permeation of love and kindness that comes all the way from the top, keep in up and see you soon.

Shuttle service is simply the best. Dropped us off safely to the waterfront and picked us up on time. Mr Sicelo Lunga Manfred, a Very kind & polite driver. 10/10 for that. He can hold a conversation and gave us a little tour on the different places around since its our first time around.
