Very friendly staff, all you can eat breakfast that was delicious. Upon our arrival, the receptionist gave us many suggestions for Capri. They even had these touch pads in the room where it has a bunch of suggestions on what to do, food to eat, book transportation and reservations, etc.

Lousy hotel , especially when you consider what you pay for this hotel . We booked it , because it looked nice , price per room around the 250 , so you expect some service . Well , service is a word they still have to find out what it means . When you arrive at the marina , there is a man with a hat and uniform who should s the name of the hotel . Without any other communication he points out that you have to put your big luggage / suitcase on a car . That was all what he said . Than you have to find out what you are suppose to do . Take the funicular and go up the hill . We had to find it out ourself . We arrived at the hotel . Staff is mwaahhhh. Not what you expect from a 4 star hotel . I had better approach and communication in a 1 star hotel when I was young and backpacking . When we checked out , they charged us for the two suitcase from the arrival, 2 times 17 euro . We complained about it , and the staff didn’t show any understanding , was rude and not a 4 star hotel worthy . They were vulgar and stubborn Don’t go to this hotel

Fantastic location as it is still central but out of the way from the high traffic areas. The staff were super helpful as we were able to check in a bit early. The breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast service and location were wonderful as well. The hotel itself is beautiful with nice clean rooms and a beautiful courtyard/pool area.

This hotel is beautiful and so peaceful. It is in a great location, right in the middle of Capri, and is walkable to lots of great shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Capri.

Incredible staff in the lobby. The room had not been ready when I arrived; however, they showed me around the grounds to where I could change in the locker rooms and hop into beautiful pool for a couple hours.

It was our fourth stay in this hotel. Thank you Vittorio and Francisco for this wonderful experience. Service is great! Breakfast is excellent! Location is great- you are in the center of all. Rooms are nice and clean. Hope to be back next year!
