Information on booking said open from 12, tried to check-in at 14:30. Hotel was closed & had sent a separate message saying different times to check-in, we didn’t receive it.
Rooms very basic, balcony is just a door - it’s not enough to stand on let alone sit.
No mirror other than the small bathroom one.
Twin beds only, which is hard to understand when the bathroom door is glass & doesn’t shut properly so quite uncomfortable even for a couple!
No answer to calls to confirm.
The frosty check-in when we did arrive was followed by a night searching for the only restaurant open that night - the hotel didn’t give any information at all.
Not a hotel or town we’ll stay at again, we’ve never been anywhere so rude & unwelcoming (& we speak Spanish!) especially on a day hosting a La Vuelta stage finish.

This is a true gem! Are you staying in Caravaca this is the perfect hotel for best location, genuine surroundings in the old city and wow such a lovely couple who runs it! They have made every detail of the hotel to perfection, very cozy and warm feeling about it!
If we are coming back we definitely will stay here again!

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, close to the areas of interest. Our private terrace overlooking the Cathedral and Castle was lovely and certainly made our stay so relaxing. The staff were really friendly and delicious homemade cake at breakfast was a real treat. The fridge and tea/coffee making facilities were appreciated too! Loved the decor of the hotel and the attention to detail with everything.

Stayed here for a night with my family and it was an excellent choice. The hotel is a beautifully renovated building in a lovely part of the old town. The rooms are quite simple but immaculate and spotlessly clean. Service was very good and breakfast was excellent.

We have just stayed here for two nights and it can only described as perfect. The owners are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. They really do go above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean and Covid measures were evident and adhered to. The bar is comfortable and well stocked and very reasonably priced. Again, the young lady working in the bar is pleasant, polite and helpful and you feel really welcome. Breakfast is continental style and more than plentiful! There is a choice of eggs, cheese, ham, toast, croissant, fruit etc and the coffee is very tasty and hot. We left this morning feeling stuffed! I cannot fault a thing about this beautiful place and I can’t wait to return and stay again.

Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación, ya que está en pleno centro histórico y cerca de todo lo importante que hay que visitar. Hotel boutique decorado con mucho gusto. Ofrecen desayunos bajo petición. Nosotros no lo contratamos ya que al lado hay una cafetería estupenda. Recomendable aparcar por los alrededores ya que la zona es bastante intrincada para los visitantes. El trato en recepción educado y correcto aunque un poco frío. Muy buena opción para conocer el lugar.

Buen hotel para conocer la zona. Habitaciones limpias, cama cómoda y ubicación cèntrica. Hemos estado 4 días para conocer Caravaca y alrededores, y todo perfecto. Si no quieres contratar el desayuno del hotel, justo al lado hay una cafetería estupenda
