Most disgusting place we ever stayed and we have stayed at many super 8. Dirty and nasty and the front office big female said she was more important then the owner and she called us a liar when we said we talk to the owner she wouldn't let our booking .com hold up and said they do t use them and that she was the one that sets the room rates and deposits made us pay for checking in early yet didn't make the people in front of us but when that lady said she didn't get charged the early fee she said yes it was on her bill so she charged fees without telling them and the rooms were disgusting and so dirty they don't give your deposits back if u want to leave and also she ate food the whole disgusting time we were there wouldn't get off her butt to do anything threatened to call cops when we asked for the owner DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

Handicap parking was not available. There was a car parked in the handicap spot with no handicap tags. The ramps were unable to be gotten to because of cars parked in front of them room was not serviced for eight days during my 11 days stay out of towels, toilet paper, and garbage piled in my room because of no service.

Room in pretty bad condition. Cards not reprogrammed between guests. Had a previous guest enter my room with his old pass card while I was in my room. Cobwebs in the corners. Very heavy smell of tobacco smoke throughout the facility including my non-smoking room.

First room assigned - no sheets. Second room assigned - never cleaned, sheets were unmade and dirty towels on the floor. Third room was fine, seemed clean. Went to the breakfast for only coffee and the decaf and regular were not marked. VERY limited selection of food - waffles and coffee (no milk for coffee so its good I drink it black).

The room provided was filthy, as though it had not been cleaned in months. There was dog hair all over the chair provided. The first floor window would not lock and the window screen appeared as though it was broken into. The hot tub was not usable because of how dirty it was. The breakfast was below standard. We had to pay extra for the hot tub that was not usable. The noise level was high. People partying in the parking lot were playing loud music into the early morning.

I paid a premium for a king room and the tv didn’t work. They could’ve upgraded me to room with a tub w jets but they downgraded me to a queen room instead where the a/c didn’t work and people were drinking outside

Booking on Wyndham website was very easy and probably the cheapest out there, stayed 6 nights and ended up getting 2 nights free for future trips or stays with Wyndham. Earned 20000 points with the stay and received the points in a timely fashion

Front desk people definitely need improvement they wont even get out their chair to assist unless its a check in only. The people who clean in the mornings do not actually clean any of the rooms they just move any trash out. Checkout was supposed to be 11 but by 830-9 they were knocking on the door telling me to leave even tho i remted the room for 6 weeks.

The room was dirty the blankets had holes on them and stains. The bathroom was disgusting and dirty. I had to clean it myself. There was nothing provided to drink for breakfast, besides water from the sink, and the only thing to eat with cereal and waffle.

From the time I checked in until I checked out, the staff was exceptional.. Other people have wrote about the dirtiness and smells of smoke. I seen neither of those problems.. I will stay with them again.

I was able to get very reasonable accomodations for my family reunion events held in Coloma, East Moline and near Taxslayer Center. Im very satisfied with the location and service during my stay over the weekend I was in town and expect to return more often.

I do not recommend this place to anyone! Non smoking hallways smelled like cigarettes. My smoke detector didn’t even have a battery in it and it was beeping because of it, front desk lady was clueless on what to do. Beds are the worst beds I have ever slept in!

after coming here at around 10 pm, the hotel was surrounded by cops and after asking what it was about the person at the front desk said they can’t share, but there has been cases of domestic abuse here in the past. there’s nothing welcoming about this hotel, dirty carpet and tissue on the ground in the hallway, and after entering the room for the first time a bad stench smacked both my dad and i in the face. the stench smelled like it was coming from the bathroom which would make sense since the floors were sticky, the toilet is absolutely disgusting, and the shower floor is yellow, and even stains on the wall. trust me if you are looking for a hotel, DO NOT come here, you’d be a lot happier paying the extra money for a better quality hotel in the area

Worst motel ever. Everything from the floors, towels, toilet, shower, and bed was dirty. Staff half available. Phones in room didn’t work. If you have to stay sleep with clothes on. Shower with shoes on. And don’t expect any help
