イビス バジェット カルカソンヌ ラ シテ(Ibis Budget Carcassonne la Cité)

Très déçu, et mécontent. J'ai eu un accident le 23 juillet et à la suite impossible de prendre mes vacances pour cause de traumatisme. J'ai contacté trip.com pour annuler ce séjour. Trip.com n'a pas voulu me rembourser. Je n'ai pas pu annuler cette réservation et je n'ai pas pu profiter de cet hôtel. J'ai donc perdu cet argent. J'avais l'habitude de réserver avec trip.com. J'ai aussi appelé IBIS Carcassonne qui a refusé. Pour la suite étant très déçu de vos services je ne réserverai plus avec trip . com et je ne vous ferai pas de pub. Vous êtes très décevant.

This hotel was a bit small. The room was tiny. You need to be careful taking a shower as it can flood the whole bathroom with it. The pillow was a bit soft and bed a bit hard. The breakfast was simple. The parking was easy. Conveniently located near city center and the castle was 5 min drive or 15 minutes walk.

Very nice welcoming. Room was well. Nasty. Either mold or old dirt around walls, in ceiling and so. Ac didnt work. At breakfast(the food was surprisingly good) I felt like I interfered with the older receptionists private matters when I wanted to pay. It was cheap though and that was the more or less only good thing. Girl that welcomed me had her 1st day but was really helpful. Have had 11 nights hotelstays latest 11 days and thus was the worst

This hotel is fantastic for the price. It is located by numerous grocery stores within walking distance. It's a 19 minute walk to the castle from the hotel. It offers a microwave for guests to use to cook hot food, we loved that and the coffee machine you can buy a cappucino for $1.50€ in the breakfast area. Only draw back is there is no airconditioning to Canadian standards just a fan that can't keep up with the heat in Carcassonne. The bed was comfortable and the room was great for us. I love that there was free parking as that is hard to find in Europe these days. Great stay will be back if in area in the future.

We had a good stay here- the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. The only downside was the road noise, and the room got very hot overnight, even in late November!

Hotel a good 20 min walk from medieval city but staff friendly and room was clean. Breakfast was adequate but area for the meal wasn't sufficient for the number of guests, got a bit crowded. Nice, quiet hotel though so no problems.

Comfortable room, small but good bathroom. Ok breakfast.
