Generally ok. Easy to get to and convenient to where I was going. On the minus side, I had some ants in my bathroom and the internet connectivity was awful. The latter was so bad that I gave up trying to use my laptop the 2nd night of my stay.

Just a quick overnight stay while traveling through. Very nice Hampton, great location, clean comfortable and convenient. Delicious breakfast offerings although the "hot" items are barely warm and usually cold by the time you get to eat them.

This is a well-run property and was a good value. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

As I traveled to Mechanicsville, VA for my daughter's baby shower, I was received by the attendance Ms. Evette with such awesome joy. My room was spotless. As a matter of fact, room services had just completed servicing the room. The attendant, Ms. Evette double checked the room before we entered the room. I experience excellent service and the hospitality was better than I have ever experience anywhere else. The smile, friendliness, and professionalism displayed was greatly appreciated. I felt so welcomed when I entered the hotel. I was greeted immediately upon entering the facility before I even approached the counter like I was coming home to family. I had the great opportunity to speak with the hotel manager Ms. Jolisa as well. She is surely top notch. I see why her employees are of high standards. It actually trickles down from the top. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. The baby is due in late March, so I'll see you then. I know I will receive the same services as this time. Martha

The hotel was average, nothing special or bad. The room was a little musty smelling.

Staff was super friendly. I liked the pool. I didn't like the breakfast options. It was pretty much the same thing day to day. If you are staying for a week or longer, that's not a good thing. Also ,there are not enough channels on the tv.

The only issue I really had was that the paint was pealing in the shower.

We arrived early to attend a funeral. The Staff was very friendly and worked it out for us to get into our room much sooner than 3pm so we could freshen up and unload our luggage into the room. Room was very clean and we so much appreciated her working with us to access our room a little early. We didn’t have any issues or noise, and we slept very well. I would definitely recommend the Hampton Inn at this Mechanicsville VA location! Thank you for making our stay here very nice and accommodating.

It is a well kept property. Very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. We found out it is pet friendly.

Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were kept awake when a woman started yelling and screaming one night. The next night the hallway in the hotel reeked of pot smoke. Still, this hotel was very convenient. We liked it.

The Hotel only had 3 of the reservations not the 4 we made. Hotel was full. One in our party had to get a suite for extra fee not planned for in our budget. They discounted the room but still had to pay extra.

Stains on the furniture l, stains on the towels, broken thermostat, and no shampoo.

Friendly staff gave us a welcome bag with bottles of water and snacks. They also called to check that we were happy with our room.

The young lady at the front desk was a delight! The room was clean, bed was comfy.
