I do not advise anyone to rent a room or bed in this place.. the photographs are not the reality and the place is horrible.. my experience was that people smoked ***** on the room's balcony, there was food on the floor.. banana peel, no towels or douvet covers.. the bathroom, the door doesn't close and the shower doesn't work. I only stayed 30 minutes inside and had to go somewhere else..

Um bom atendimento, mas a questão de partilhamento de cozinha se torna complicada deviso a geladeira ser muito pequena, mais acredito que seja possível melhor colocando uma geladeira maior, mas a cozinha é bem limpa. O quarto que fiquei hospedado é um bom quarto porém a Pia intupida a janela do banheiro quase caiu na minha cabeça!!!

Esta bien aunq la verdad puede ser mejor pero por el precio esta bien . La gente es amable alli y el tiempo esta bien

Staff are very nice, the house is very comfortable. When I come back to Lisbon in the future, I will stay here again. There was a man guest who touched 2 women guests (one is me), and offerred money to ask a third woman guest to be his girlfriend. After we complained to the hostel staff, manager Carol drove him out. After that I extended my stay.

All staffs are so friendly. Very close to the beach. Amazing location. Good cafea and restaurants are around there. Highly recommended!

This property is poorly managed. It was like staying at a refugee camp. I was in a room with 4 ppl but right outside was a big space with about 50 bunk beds all crammed together. There was only two tiny bathrooms that everyone had to share. The bathrooms were normally really dirty. I arrived at the property and was not allowed to check in until 7 pm. Which I found was a weird check in time for someone flying from a different time zone. Additionally, the furnishings, and the amenities were old and damaged. The locks of both bathroom doors kept falling off. It was definitely the worst hostel I have ever stayed at.

There is a lot to say about this hostel but I'm not going to say just bad things because I stayed for two months It's a spacious place with a swimming pool near a train station, a wonderful beach for surfing and there are a lot of shops around The reception maintenance team is renewed quite often but generally they do their job well, they are people who come from afar for the most part, they are looking for recognition and a better quality of life. now we are going to talk about the big problems of this place caused by poor management of a surely negligent owner and one or more incompetent and irresponsible Manager During my stay here I saw five assaults, mostly on girls who work for the hostel. I never saw the owner or the Manager come to see anything or try to comfort his team, I had to intervene myself on aggressions inside the hostel to make the attackers leave we had to leave the place about ten days because of bedbug's On our return we had no compensation for this and the manager asked us to pay again the tourist tax that we had already paid, we should never have returned To newcomers, guests, or workers you can now have your own opinion before coming to these places think carefully many people left very quickly because they did not come to Europe to relive the same scenes of violence as in their country of origin. Very bad. Do not stay here if you have other options. I paid ten euros for a locker key deposit, and in the morning nobody would give it back. One person said he couldn't get the money, then they told me that the girl who could get me the money was asleep and wouldn't get up. Now I'm out ten euros.

No recomiendo este hotel a personas normales, las noches son un horror, jaleo y portazos asta pasada la media noche, por parte de la chica recepcionista. Huéspedes que recorren el hotel como locos, nocturna mente con el tiembre en mano buscando recepcionista o a saber que. Tuvimos que comprarnos tapones para los oídos. En la habitacion encuentras una bajera con edredones pero la cama sin hacer. No hay servicio diario de limpieza, ni toallas. Los colchones y almohadas son incomodísimo a, duele todo el cuerpo.Relación calidad precio mala. Pasamos tres noches y desde la primera estábamos deseando marchar.
