Good central location just yards from Cardiff central station , nice clean rooms and friendly staff

Location of the hotel is right next to the train station. Plentiful of eatries and bars all within 5 to 10 mins walk of each other.

When I arrived at the hotel I checked in and when I entered my room the room had clearly not been cleaned properly. I then went to the reception to tell them and was told that they would send someone up. I waited in 30 minutes for someone to clean my room and d when the lady on the reception said my room is all clean I went y up and she only changed the bed… I went back to the reception and told the lady and she said my I’ll Se d someone up again to have a look …the cleaner came she informed me that they are a cleaner down. I understand that it is a busy hotel and you are short staffed but when I pay for a clean room and walk into a room where there were **********s on the bed and facial hair all over the toilet sink it is not acceptable. My trip in Cardiff I lost atleast 2 hours of just trying to get into a clean room. It was a bad start to a trip I was looking so forward to.

Very close to the Train station, taking you a few mins to get there. Overall, the facilities are good for travellers with very reasonable hotel fee.

Right next to the train station and within walking distance of the main shopping street. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helped me check in despite my early arrival. The reception was always manned even when the doors are locked at night. A few guests forgot their key and the staff would come out to help. Very quiet and cleanliness was top notched. Exceeded by expectations as a basic functional hotel. Will definitely book with the Sleeperz chain again.

Great for a short stay. The staff were all very friendly, especially the manager and the lady in charge of breakfast. Will recommend it to anyone
