This hotel is nowhere near the main Naples airport. It is located near a US Navy base which is possibly why it is named this. I booked it from Australia because I had a 5am flight thinking it was near the airport. But it was 40 mintues away, and cost me $100 to get to the airport. The transfer driver asked me if I really meant to stay there because it was not near any sightseeing locations and far from the airport, but I said I had no choice since I already booked it. When I walked into the hotel, I felt like I was walking into the Hotel California, from the Eagles song--"you can check in but you can never leave". Sucha strange place. I was told that it was becoming a Marriott Hotel in January. Good luck to Marriott--My first suggestion is that they change the name of the hotel. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Not so much from the hotel itself, but it gave me a weird vibe, but mostly because it's not located anywhere near the sites and/or near the airport where travellers would want to be.

Very Bad rooms - even though very large - maybe abt 400 sqft with a kitchenette, but the furniture was in terrible condition ( photo of bed enclosed) - TV was 32" - and about 20 ft from the bed - so viewing is very bad, we ordered 2 veg pastsas for dinner / cd not eat the same as unedible totally, B'fast quality was ok but very poor spread, I do not understand how MARRIOTT has this hotel under its umbrella / I booked for the Marriott name - but expreience was extremely poor, I suggest Marriott shd discard such properties from its umbrella immediately, as I wd NOT recommend to every STAY here again - and maybe be more careful wn booking a Marriott hotel, as not sure what to expect after booking

This is NO GO hotel if you are looking for an accommodation in Naples or for a transit stop. It’s NOT in Naples and definitely NOT close to the airport. Don’t be misled by the name the use. Far from a Marriott family hotel standards. Limited food options, staff friendly in general. Clean but very basic facilities.

Ok, let’s start with this, it is at least 25 minutes from any airport. Leave a good hour for catching a morning flight. It’s positioned in a cloverleaf. They have kitchens but absolute minimum utensils and cooking needs. Maid service is marginal. Not sure they ever changed my bed or pillow cases. Bare minimum effort. Wait staff was polite & professional. Menu is very limited for all meal services. Front desk was cordial but more concerned with doing their collateral duties. Wi-Fi was sketchy at best but all of Italy has crappy internet. The grounds are sterile with rock filled **** beds and concrete. The building looks like an abandoned office building. Pool is there but not opened yet (mid-May) and sports the only green area on the property. I would not stay here again. I’m surprised Marriott maintains this property. Better of at a Bed and Breakfast

Had to change plans at last minute due COVID and they wouldn’t refund my reservation! Shame on them! Crooked Italians! Would not recommend this place to anyone. Only got one notification about my reservation coming up and even ******* wouldn’t help!

The Bar and Reception Staff was excellent and very professional. Lucia ( redhair lady) Luisa, Danilo (exceptional) took great care of us during our stay. Food is great, location is good, close to local amenities and authentic italian foos ( such as Rosano for Mozzarella, and Kajna has great food )

The facility is new and lovely and the room was spacious and comfortable. Contrary to the name, the hotel is nowhere near the airport. We had to pay a driver for a ride to the airport about 20 minutes away. The food was mediocre both at dinner and breakfast. The servers and staff were pleasant and helpful.

We were on our way back home and had negotiated the check in and security parts well enough, but going to the gate of departure was a real joke! Several flights which were going from the same gate were shown at the same time, resulting in large, mixed queues and bottlenecks as everyone using that gate thought they had to queue! Not surprisingly, we, and many others, found ourselves in the wrong queue! It was a complete shambles! Why on earth the airport decided to show at the same time all flights going from the gate is beyond me, but I guess that's just their way.

The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed. I don’t know where to start. Unfinished hotel, deco’ed with the cheapest Ikea crap furnishings made. No fridge, no ac anywhere but the room, no key card access used old school keys. The bed felt like sleeping on a board it was literally the worst 5 nights of my life. The breakfast was terrible and they watched you the whole time, wouldn’t let you get your own food, even though the hotel says buffet breakfast, the food is there and they hand you what they want you to have. Worst hotel ever! Don’t stay here if you value service, quality and a good nights rest.

Ho dormito per lavoro per due volte in questo hotel che da poco fa parte del gruppo Marriott. Camere comode e pulite così come comodo e’ il garage a disposizione all’interno della struttura . Da migliorare a mio giudizio la scelta delle pietanze a cena perché un po’ limitata così come il buffet della colazione alla mattina . Sicuramente essendo da poco parte di Marriott faranno di tutto per migliorarsi ascoltando i feedback costruttivi dei clienti .

Hotel con stanze grandi ma senza frigo. Chiedi una bottiglia di acqua alle 23.00 ti rispondono che non è possibile perché il bar è chiuso. Colazione nella norma senza frutta di stagione Pessima esperienza. Ampio parcheggio sia esterno che coperto.

Soggiorno di nuovo in questa struttura a dista di un anno circa. Camere ampie e ben pulite, cosa che non scoccia mai, anzi! Personale cordiale e disponibile, la ricerca di risolvere quanto richiesto dal cliente non sempre raggiunge l’obiettivo, ma premio la buona volontà. Servizio ristorante non all’altezza, piatti scontati e a volte non cucinati benissimo. Articoli al Bar a prezzi da centro di grandi città, peccato!
