It is new and clean. Overall it was ok except that the area for breakfast is small and have only 4 set of tables and the food was all gone when we got there like 06:30 am so we just drank coffee, bread and a piece of hash brown. A staff was there in the front desk but we did not bother him. Later on he stand up and went to the kitchen and cook but we are also already done eating.

Our shower didn’t work properly and didn’t have hot water, but the woman at the front desk was very accommodating. Also, we were told at check-in that breakfast started at 5:30, but by 6:15 nothing was available except for yogurt and dry cereal (no milk was available). The coffee was awful, too.

Appeared to be black mold on shower tile grout, shampoo bottle was half full, same for shower gel, went down for breakfast and no batter for waffles, hash brown patty was not cooked thoroughly, requested two door keys but only one would open the door, heater/ac unit was very noisy and ran all night, had to unplug it to stop the noise, pillows not firm or comfortable at all, Sorry but wont be staying here again, nor would i recommend this place.

I maybe should have done more research before booking. This Baymont is recently built/renovated, but seems very slapped together. Not super family-friendly. It is VERY close to two loud roads (problematic for sleeping kids). The hotel itself is loud (I understand the hotel can’t control to volume at which guests speak when walking down the hallway, but I’m not sure they used any insulation. Should I really hear people walking down a carpet hallway from inside my room?). The rooms were small-it was a tight squeeze for a family of 4, each with carry-on sized suitcases. Breakfast was marginal with very limited space for seating (four tables).

It was a nice stay. Having stayed at many other locations, this place could take an “extra step” in many areas. For instance they had no water for guests. Other hotels either give a complimentary water bottle or have iced water with fruit and cups to self serve. The exercise room leave a lot to be desired. Was okay overall, but not exceptional
