If you want a family friendly all inclusive resort then look no further than Paloma Grida. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. There are several pools within the resort and absolutely no issue whatsoever regarding sunbeds. Towels were out early around the kids splash pool but beds were always available around the larger pools. The coffee bar and pool bars were fabulous. I can highly recommend the special frappe! The beach is also fabulous if you want a change from the pools. I thoroughly enjoyed the daily aqua class and also the occasional morning run around the complex. All the restaurants are wonderful so you are genuinely spoilt for choice. The main buffet restaurant caters for everyone. We tried all the speciality restaurants except the Ada a’la carte, Safran being our favourite - the mezze was delicious. Belek centre is an easy 20 walk from the hotel and there are a number of supermarkets including a large Carrefour. The shop within the resort has a very limited selection and is very expensive. If you don’t want to walk to or from the shops, a taxi will cost you 5 euros. The Carrefour only accepts lira or cards, no euros. An absolute must at Paloma Grida is the hammam. We had the body wash, massage and face pack at a cost of 100 euros each. It was incredible! The best spa treatment I have ever had and the highlight of my stay. Lastly, I must comment on the staff. Without exception they were so professional and could not do enough for you. Thank you to each and every one of you for a truly wonderful holiday.

We spend one week in April at the Paloma Grida Resort as a family with two children (8 & 4) and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. After arriving late evening to the hotel, we were welcomed by a member of staff who quickly loaded our luggage onto the cart, whilst we checked in and collected the cards, bands and information we needed for our week here. We then were taken on a quick tour of the site, so we knew where the important bits were, such as the dining room, pool and entertainment centre before arriving at our room. The room was typical for a resort complex, clean and tidy and had everything we needed for the stay. Even though we arrived very late, missing main meal serving times, we manged to get some food at the late night soup run. Breakfast is buffet style with a huge array of foods on offer for all tastes. Don't forget to visit the grill section outside for eggs or pancakes. The staff are very attentive and were quick to clean away any used crockery. Feeling peckish during the day....there are so many places to grab something to eat, whether that be some fruit, an ice cream to street snacks to full meals. We particularly enjoyed the patisserie where we could get a sandwich and a cake with coffee & tea. Dinner is again buffet style with a different theme each evening. Although the food inside is good, the more themed foods are outside in the grill section. Drink variety is plentiful from standard fizzy pop, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to nice smoothies. Whilst we were there, there was plenty of space and sun loungers both at the pool and by the beach. Although I feel that during high season, there may be a 'bun fight' to get a lounger if that is your thing. The pool was chilly, but that was to be expected early season, although didn't put our children off having the occasional swim or play on the slides. The beach is kept clean and you can enjoy a nice walk all the way to town, however, just be mindful for the jellyfish on the waters edge. Each evening there is some form of entertainment. Whether that just be some live music on the 'main street' or an acrobatic performance, or a boho festival themed evening, it was all good fun. The gym (open 7-7) is basic but has what is needed and made for effective workouts during our holiday. There are chilled bottles of water there so no need to take with you, although don't forget your towel. The gym is quite hot, and could do with better aircon. Overall a pleasant early season family getaway. Would return to Paloma Grida again in future if looking to book a package holiday.

Beautiful resort, high standard, with attention to detail. Pleasantly surprised, would highly recommend. Staff super helpful, good range of restaurants and bars. Nice spa onsite. We travelled family of five (children aged 5,6,7) the children loved the kids club and entertainment. There were some great events hosted by the hotel, including an outdoor min music festival over looking the beach in the evening. Another small touch was the minibar which was included in the price of the stay and stocked up daily.

Just got back after 7 nights in the Paloma Grida. We had a brilliant holiday, the hotel is beautiful, kept spotless, the service is excellent, especially in the main restaurant. Yes, rooms are a bit dated, but that didn't bother us. Never had to scramble for sunbeds, although it did start getting busier the last few days, we had a cabana for a day too, and that was great, especially in the 46°C heat! Food was standard all inclusive food, can get a bit samey, desserts all taste the same....of cream, but the baklava!!! That's delicious! Spa, i had a 90-minute mixed therapy massage. This was top to toe massage for a full 90 with hot stones included, then a face mask. It was amazing! Would definitely recommend it.

A disappointing hotel. We stayed for a week at end of may with 2 adults 2 children. The style of the hotel is like a village which is nice but the rooms are so basic and the air con was warm air never cold enough even on the maximum. Although we thought we wouldn’t spend much time in the rooms there’s hardly anything to do at night so we spent more time in the room. We got sick of the buffet after three days because it’s essentially the same stuff for lunch and dinner. What annoyed me the most is that there’s no all day snacks such as ice cream or crisps, fries etc. The snack bar opens a few hours and only serves waffles and a small selection of ice cream. When we’ve stayed at other hotels in Belek we had so many food options along with amazing night shows and parties. One night the entertainment in the hotel was bingo but you had to pay for tickets and then sit there while the host told everyone to keep quiet while he used a PowerPoint presentation. After the show ends everyone disappears and there’s only an option to sit in a dingy alleyway where there’s a ‘sports bar’ which doesn’t actually have any sports on. Cocktails were different depending on who made them. Even the non alcoholic ones were made up each time nothing like the ingredients on the bar menus. As soon as we got there we downloaded the app to find all the al a carte restaurants were full. We ended up getting a couple of bookings and again the food although presented nice was not tasty nothing was seasoned properly. The entertainment round the pool was good and I enjoyed the exercise class in the pool. I would not choose this hotel again and I can’t understand how people choose to stay here again and again when there are amazing hotels five minutes away.

Been to many 5 star hotels in Turkey and wouldnt say this hotel is 5 star. Cant understand the hype about this hotel on the reviews as this is what attracted us towards the hotel. Food is same everyday and night plenty of it but it never changes, only meat options was chicken, meatballs and beef wraps. Food from the snack bar wasn't as nice quailty I've had from Turkey before. Cocktails was basic and always served in plastic glasses. I guess this works best for the hotel. In 5 star hotels before we have always had cans or bottles served, not from the pump. Service was terrible, basically have to serve yourself a drink in the restaurant, we'd been offered drinks once or twice but had already finished our meal so we found serving ourselves was the only way. We often had to set the table ourselves too and find cuterly as staff seemed so low in restaurant they couldn't cope. We found we had the best service at a la carte restaurants. Pool areas seem dated. The animaters were always fun and friendly. we loved going to the zoom bar in the later evening for a few drinks as shows got abit boring.

After a long awaited holiday with the family Paloma did not disappoint. With multiple swimming pools slides for children. The hotel beach is beautiful and food is amazing with all countries catered for-all and the animation team are fantastic with pool games for guests. We would highly recommend,

I have been there for 11 days with my 9 years old son and we both enjoyed the stay at Paloma Grida. The hotel is located within walking distance to Belek Town center which is really convenient if you want/need to go shopping. The different villas of the hotel are surrounded by beautiful green areas, very well maintained. The food was great and divers, I liked the fact that they had each day a different theme (eg Italian Cuisine, Far East, Mexican etc). They are very good at entertaining as well, there are programs for kids and adults every night, and all the shows were amazing. The highlight was the Summer Party organized on the football field. Briefly, you can never get bored at Paloma Grida. On our last day it was my son's birthday and they decorated the room and brought him a small gift together with a birthday card. At the restaurant the waiters offered me a candle and sang happy birthday to my son together with me. I really appreciated all their efforts, my son had a very special birthday that he will always remember. The staff at the hotel are absolutely amazing, many thanks to all of them! Special thanks to Sebastian, the TUI representative for Belgium! He was always available to answer all our questions and helped us have a great holiday. I appreciated very much the fact that he had new ideas on trips that we could do, and the advice was always tailored made for us. All the trips and experiences recommended by him were amazing! Honest to god, definitely worth every penny! Definitely can’t wait to come back next year. Resturant you would never go Hungry, animation team is unbelievable absolutely amazing people. Will definitely miss these. Can’t forget about the beer 🍺 unlimited and 24 hour!

What an amazing stay at Paloma Grida. This was our second time at this resort and it did not fail. We stayed in a lake villa this year as it was a special occasion we were celebrating, it was lovely to have time in the pool which surrounds the villas. The food is amazing and there is so much of it at the Al a carte restaurants. By the time your main comes you have already had 2 courses. I definitely recommend the Steak restaurant and although you have to pay extra it is definitely worth it. Everywhere is clean, staff work really hard to keep the hotel clean and tidy. The staff are amazing and they certainly made our holiday. They remembered us from last year and made a lot of effort with our daughter who loved the attention. The staff will do as much as they can for you as they want to make sure you are happy and enjoying yourselves. I can't wait to come back 😁

Well after 13 visits to the paloma Grida this place is still my favorite hotel in Turkey Thank you to all the staff for making my holiday with my family and friend just amazing as always There is something about this place that just gets under your skin in the best way possible and you just want to keep returning year after year Yes the hotel is not a 5 star concrete block But its like a 5 star french villa feel open air and beautiful with the most amazing staff who will do anything to help you I really did not want to leave So anyone worried about coming i can honestly say you will have the best time ever But just remember its not a concrete jungle its a beautiful open aired french feel and very unique

Wow, where do I start? Fantastic holiday, the hotel was a nice lay out, a lovely quirky street of bars and shops. I found the food was great for both adults and children. The animation team were fantastic, they were funny and really made time with the children which was amazing! Safe to say the animation team made a huge positive impact on our holiday. (A big shout out to Kadir, Yaren, Melissa and all the rest of the team). Other staff members that made a huge effort such as ‘Happy’ on the Bianca bar (24 hr bar) he always went above and beyond to find us a table for the kids mini disco (which has rather catchy songs) and our drinks were never empty! I would like to point out the coffee bar is amazing and the barista (Bedo) takes lots of pride in his work. I found the serving staff in the main resteraunt really friendly especially one gentleman called ‘Maslum’ he always had a table set up ready for our children and we never had to reiterate our drinks order! I would recommend booking the al a cart resteraunts via the guest relations (steak one was my favourite). Ismail and the team were very accommodating and nothing was a problem. As for the outside, the pools are a good size and the slides are really fun, especially the steep rainbow one! Would highly recommend booking, we are looking to re-book for later this year!
